Pho Tau Bay

Pho Tau Bay is my go to spot for pho in the Cypress area. I have been coming here for years now and it is always consistently great. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service is always fast and easy. The pho is amazing with a rich flavorful broth, generous portions, and fresh ingredients every time. This is true comfort food ❤️

Pho Tau Bay is a hidden gem here in Cypress. Delicious food, an extensive menu, and affordable pricing makes this the ideal place for anyone craving Vietnamese food. We've sampled four different items from the menu: Mi Hoanh Thanh Ca Vien - Wonton noodle soup with fish balls in a delicious pork broth. Simply delicious 😋 Broth was rich and full of flavor, the restaurant did not skimp on the noodles or fish balls either. Highly recommend! Bun Bo Hue - full of meats and well seasoned. Would definitely rate as above average in taste. Hu Tieu Nam Vang - not a typical item in Vietnamese restaurants unless you're in Chinatown/ Katy Asia Town. This pork based soup was full of meats and veggies. Very well balanced! Pho Tai Bo Vien - the standard beef noodle soup with eye round steak and meatballs. Solid in taste, nothing mind blowing. Pho Tau Bay is one of the better Vietnamese restaurants here in the Cypress area. As long-time customers of over 5 years, we will definitely continue to return 😊

This will be my new go to place in this area. We tried the spring rolls,fried egg rolls bahn mi and beef with white rice. All of it was fresh and delicious.

The pho soup here is delicious fresh and always on point. I love their spring rolls and most of their lunch and dinner plates are to die for this is a must come to restaurant. My family has enjoyed it and will continue to enjoy it for many years. They have an amazing staff with courteous service the food is fast and fresh. I definitely recommend this place.

I normally don’t post negative reviews when the food isn’t that good because I know how hard it is to run a restaurant. And sometimes they have an off day. That being said. I wanted to write this review to make sure this doesn’t happen again to anyone else. I ordered a chicken pho with a banh mi. The pho was really good and so was the banh mi. The only thing that was very dangerous was that I found an opened staple inside my banh mi. I originally thought it was a bone but as I uncovered it I realized it was an opened staple basically with both ends of the staple exposed almost like a needle. I called the waitress and told her she apologized and didn’t charge me for the sandwich I told them, that I know it was an accident and to be careful. Again writing this review so they can be more careful.
