Phở Tỷ #II

I’ve been to this location multiple times and haven’t had any complaints with the food and service.the prices did go up a little but that’s in all places due to inflation.

This was my first and last time coming here. I ordered a combination, but was only given about 8 pieces of thinly sliced bread and 2 oz. After showing the server, the meat was missing. She brought out one piece of tripe and one piece of tendon. The meat-and-fish cake was old; deep-frying couldn't hide the taste. They'll sell you a bottle of water but won't give you a cup from the tap if the water isn't good enough to drink. Why would you make soup from it? Finally, don't expect any service from the server. She's glued to her phone.

It was good and tasty. I got stuffed. Just watch out they will try to up sale on the appetizers and drinks. That's ok i was going to order that stuff anyways. Overall nice cozy place for a big bowl of Pho.

If I could give Phở Tỷ #II zero stars, I would. From start to finish, the entire experience was extremely disappointing. The exterior and surroundings were noticeably worn down, which I could overlook, but the customer service made everything significantly worse. The woman who seated us was unfriendly and clearly did not want to be there. When she handed us the menus, I immediately noticed something very concerning — there were no prices listed for any of the dishes. By the time we finished eating, they simply handed us a single total amount with no itemized breakdown, which felt dishonest and extremely sketchy. The food itself was mediocre at best. If you’re looking for authentic Vietnamese food, Phở Tỷ #II is not the place to go. The phở broth tasted terrible, the dishes lacked quality, and nothing tasted fresh or traditional. On top of that, when we asked for water, instead of serving regular tap water like every normal restaurant, they brought out bottled water without informing us — and then charged us for it. This level of greed and lack of transparency is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they don’t even offer napkins unless you specifically ask. The whole experience felt careless, unprofessional, and disrespectful to customers. I strongly recommend avoiding Phở Tỷ #II. Save your money and go somewhere that values both customer service and food quality. If the owners or staff see this review, I hope you take this feedback seriously and make real improvements.

Me and my family have been visiting this same restaurant for nearly 10 years and everytime they deliver the BEST dishes. The beef ball pho is simply out of this world. Staff is always extremely friendly and food is always delivered to the table quick. I love how they always go "see you tomorrow!" with a smile when it's time to leave. This family owned place simply deserves the best from our community!
