Phu Nguyen - Signature Real Estate

Phu is an amazing person to work with! He is knowledgeable, personable, and took as much time as we needed to explain (sometimes re-explain) the home-buying process as first time homebuyers. We really appreciated his in-depth explanations of types of houses, foundations, shingles, sidings, plumbing, all of it. We could tell he is very passionate and he'd willingly spend as much time as possible getting into the nitty gritty details. He taught/showed us what to watch out for in terms of buying a good, well-maintained house and all the major issues that are/may be present in the houses he showed us. His intentions are clear: he truly cares about his clients buying a home they will love. He thoroughly guided us, listing pros/cons of the house, what we might expect in the near or distant future regarding maintenance, providing tips about renovation/fixing and their levels of difficulty, etc. When it was time to negotiate, Phu explored different strategies with us and we quickly came up with a plan based on what we wanted and what was fair to ask for in the current market conditions. In all, Phu is all we could every ask for in a realtor and much, much more. We recommend him to anyone who's in the process/thinking of buying a house! If we ever need a real estate agent in the future, we know exactly who to call!

Phu was excellent to work with. Communication was clear and timely, and he stayed proactive throughout the transaction. His professionalism and attention to detail helped keep everything on track from start to finish. I’d gladly work with him again and highly recommend him as an agent.

Phu did an excellent job helping me through the process of looking for my first house, and I would recommend him for any first-time homebuyer. He is extremely thorough in including you in each part of the process and kept me informed, so I was never confused about the next steps. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and Phu makes sure to give you as much information as possible so that you can make better informed decisions, but is always willing to share his opinion, which I found to be valuable. Overall, very satisfied with Phu throughout the entire process, and if you want someone who is extremely friendly, transparent, and professional, I highly recommend Phu.

Phu is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He was a great help during our buying process which can be very stressful and worrisome. Not only was he an outstanding realtor but he went above and beyond with the house inspection of our new build!! Strongly and highly recommend Phu and will be taking him again in the future!!! (:

We are incredibly grateful to have worked with Phu during our home-buying process. He was AMAZING! We did a new home build and the builders were absolutely terrible, but Phu was not shy in standing up for us and making sure nothing was skimped over. We felt very cared for. Phu is knowledgeable, personable, and just an overall awesome person. He is definitely someone you want on your side during an otherwise stressful process. Thanks for everything, Phu!
