WILL NOT ADDRESS YOUR PAIN OVER MONEY!!! Do not trust this office with your family’s health. They will not address your pain if you have a balance due! We offered to pay half of our charges but we’re told it wasn’t enough. (After thousands of dollars already paid from 2 births) This office is very unprofessional and unorganized. Every bill and insurance interaction has been a nightmare with this lost staff. Nobody knows exactly what you owe until you’re right in front of them and in pain. The front staff has a permanent bad attitude that we have seen over multiple visits. They act like they are angry you gave them something to do. Do not let this office ruin your family’s pregnancy and postpartum experience!

The front desk staff has a bad day everyday it seems. They’re rude, curt, will rush you and will cut you off. In person and if you call. I’ve been seeing the doctor for years and since they moved to the new location the staff is just not it. The doctor herself is great no issues there. she listens and is attentive which is stark contrast to her front team. Luckily they’re not the ones providing care and the interactions are brief but damn.

Dr. Nguyen-Luu is a calm and knowledgeable doctor, which is exactly what you want in an OBGYN. She makes me feel comfortable sharing my questions and concerns, and always makes time for me if I need her.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I booked my appointment through the Google “Book” button and received a confirmation email from their system. When I arrived, I waited 25 minutes before the receptionist told me they couldn’t find my appointment, even after I showed the confirmation email. If the Google booking option doesn’t actually create valid appointments, why is it available? It was a complete waste of my time and a very frustrating experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen-Luu for seven years. I even continued seeing her after I moved to Fort Worth. She is great—knowledgeable, attentive, and always follows up right away. Her assistant Vanessa is also wonderful. However, there has been a recent change in staff, and the new team seems rushed and focused on getting to the next patient rather than taking their time. I ended up scheduling an appointment prematurely, which should have been caught earlier, especially since I spoke with the administrative team four separate times. I scheduled the appointment, they called to remind me, I called again when I got lost, and then again when I arrived—yet no one checked my records. Only when I was already there did the manager come out and tell me the appointment wasn’t appropriate and that I would need to wait two more months. If the staff had taken the time to review my information during any of those interactions, I wouldn’t have had to take off work and drive an hour just to be turned away.
