Pink Lotus Nails

I have been to this salon before and the work was great. I was very happy which is why I returned. I went in for just a basic pedicure for my daughter and I, not looking for much just the work to get done right. The staff were very talkative and friendly. I asked the nail tech If he could correct the nail Polish, it did not look correct. He said yes, I will fix It for you and this is what I got. It appeared that he was not happy with the fact that I got just a basic pedicure instead of a gel like he insisted on, which might be the reason why I got this Work done. If basic pedicures are not something they like to do, then it should not be an option on their list. The gentleman who did my nails has a lot of experience from what he told me yet I got these results.

This salon is a fantastic place. I've visited several technicians here multiple times, and their work consistently impresses. The pedicures include a soothing foot massage. The staff takes their time; it never seems rushed, and they are always friendly. Parking is plentiful, and the place is very clean. I highly recommend it!

This place is a commercial for the “Nail salon comedy skit by Anjelah Johnson” The man that worked on my nails did a poor job and did not own up to it. He got defensive and very rude. After I told him I wasn’t happy with the service and showed him the details, he said “that’s your nails not what I did” look closely at the pictures! After I told him I wasn’t okay with his service, he grabbed me by the arm aggressively and told me “he will fix it” I asked him not to touch me. You cannot touch a person like that! He mentioned he has been doing this for 14 years and he knows better but clearly not. The poor quality of his work cannot be blamed on my nails 😂 you can see he didn’t clean up the French line properly on multiple nails and I had a bunch of product on my skin. He said “I’m the first costumer to complain about him ever” I paid $55 for what you see in the pictures.

My lady nail tech named Helen was amazing!!! The gentlemen who informed me about the builder gel was so thoughtful and considerate and the price was not bad...fairly decent and average but WORTH IT!! Helen did the manicure properly as if she was in a contest in front of the State Board for BEST MANICURE! I LOVE IT!

This review is for the ladies that work at the salon. All of them have been wonderful! Especially Tracy, and Selena who worked her butt off on my husband's feet.
