Pink Nail

DO NOT GO HERE. BEWARE!!!!! SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. Literally the worst experience I've ever had. The owner Sarah will overcharge you for a really poor manicure that won't even last 4 days. I came in for a full set and she recommended I do the gel x manicure with extensions. She said "this will last longer and is much better on your nail" so I agreed- even though it cost a lot more. Sarah assured me that my nails would last 3-4 weeks no problem. I asked for a simple baby blue French tip And she let me know that that would be an extra charge which I said was fine- I am fine with paying more if it means my nails are done well and last until my next appt in 3.5 weeks. When she finished my set (it took 3 hours for her to do a french tipped gel x manicure) I was pretty happy with my nails and I tipped her $40 extra making the entire service $220 total. Not even 24 hours later one of my nail extensions had fallen off - while I was writing with a pen. Then a couple hours after the first nail another nail came off and another. THREE NAILS WITHIN 24 hours. When I went back that day to get the nails fixed I assumed she would be happy to fix her mistakes (I've gotten my nails done for years and never had a tech refuse to fix a broken nail). No- this was not the case. When I arrived I let her know, very nicely, what happened and that I'd like her to fix the nails broke- she said "I can fix but you will be charged $15 per nail" She would not budge and said she won't be working for free- THIS WAS LESS THAN 24 HOURS AFTER I HAD JUST PAID HER $220. She then blamed me for the broken nails saying the Type of manicure(which she suggested for me) may not stick because my nails were too short. I was livid. She kept trying to tell me I was the issue and that she can fix for extra charge. She is super shady and comes across really nice but it's all a front. When I confronted her for ye mistakes she dropped the nice attitude and became accusatory.

I love my nails and pedi. It's like spring has already landed on my fingertips. Sarah is amazing and Helen is awesome! Will come back again 100%. Recommended my friend and made her an appointment too.

I think this is the best nail salon in Koreatown! Sarah is professional and provides meticulous care. Our conversation was so fun, and it was such a pleasant start to my day. Highly recommend!

I found this place completely by accident because my now-former nail salon turned me away a whole hour early before their shop was supposed to close, and I needed my nails done for a photoshoot. I found Pink Nail, and have now been there four times, and not only is the quality of their products and service amazing, I brought my boyfriend with me for a couples’ mani-pedi and they made him feel like a king. 100/100 stars! This is absolutely my new go-to place!

Sarah is the absolute BEST! I was so worried that it was too last minute to get an appointment but Sarah did BOTH mani and pedi gels. I HATE IT when the gel is THICKLY layered, but Sarah, without fail, always finishes the manicure with such a strong and thin layer that doesn’t feel a mile high. She is one of the most caring people in Koreatown. She’s welcoming and so accommodating in every way. If you’re ever looking a Grade A+ nail service, Sarah is the perfect match. Can’t wait for my next time!!
