Posh Nails

I’m not going to lie at first I was a little iffy when I arrived. This place was amazing. I had Helen for my gel pedicure and Benny for my nails. They did so good! I haven’t had my nails done in so long and she brought them back to life. They took their time and it was very relaxing not rushed. My nails are short and she made them all even and look really nice. I got chrome gel on my nails and gel on my toes. I love them! No extra polish anywhere and they even cut my cuticles which is rare these days! Shout out to Benny and Helen! I will be back! Oh and they even use new tools! Which is also rare.

Won’t recommend… they do not know what natural looking lashes look. I will have to go some place better to get whatever done is fixed now. Even though I clearly explained it’s not about money just do the right natural lashes. I have had better services

I absolutely love this place and won’t go anywhere else in LA! From the moment you walk in, it feels clean, calm, and genuinely welcoming. The staff is incredibly attentive without being overbearing, and they take their time to make sure everything is done perfectly. My manicures and pedicures always last longer than expected, and the attention to detail is unmatched. It’s one of those rare spots where you can truly relax and trust you’re in good hands. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Really hoping the girl at the front desk who seemed to think I was crazy and to blame for very kindly pointing out my nails did not come out normal sees these lovely close up photos. Seriously don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected and blamed when they mess your nails up and cut you, causing infection & swelling. I walked in knowing the color I wanted, grabbed the swatch and showed her. The technician still grabbed and put the completely wrong color on from what I chose. I did try to question it, she said it’s the same. Another coat in, I’m like this is not at all the same. They made it clear they wouldn’t redo them and they blamed me for “not knowing what color I wanted.” um what? I did know from the moment I walked in, and the color swatch I chose was still sitting on the table next to me that clearly wasn’t what was on my nails, she simply grabbed the wrong one. The tech even admitted she did, but the rude lady at the front stopped her from continuing to admit it and got defensive with me. After that, it all went downhill to where they just tried their best to convince me to cover the top layer in a new tone to just get me closer to the initial color I asked for and get me out of there, and in the midst did a very lousy job. I got to my car and saw how terrible it was and went back, she basically acted like nothing was wrong with them.. have a look for yourself.

I find this place for eyelash I got eyelashes that were supposed to last 2 weeks to 1 month, but after 24 hours they all fell off. I asked for my money back, but they said come back again. I took a leave from work, and the same thing happened again 48 hours later.
