Precious Smile Dental and Orthodontics

This use to be my kids favorite place to get there teeth clean. Till my daughter got her braces a couple yrs back. Dentist was upset b/c she didn't make enough money from medicaid and didn't want to do the braces. I had to pay out of pocket. Paid majority up front then paid the rest monthly. A yr in my daughter had a chance to get her braces removed. Told the dentist that I signed a contract for a length of 2yrs. If she was taking them off early I wanted part of my money back. She disagreed. Then half ass did the monthly services to every 2months. 2 yrs came. She just took the braces off. No clean, no bleaching, didnt remove the glue off her teeth etc. My daughter and myself were and still not happy about the services and the dentist didnt care. She got her money and we never went back. I wish I had a chance to get my money back. I post this and let God do the rest. Pls do your research before you get services.

This dental clinic is highly recommended. The dentist is not only skilled but also very personable, offering expert advice. The staff is friendly and courteous, making you feel at ease, much like being with family.

Best dental office in town! My children from the ages 2-12 absolutely love coming to the dentist. Always a fun, educational and quick visit. The staff is very helpful in scheduling appointments as well as the main doctor/hygienist make the kids comfortable and love being in their chair. We've never had a bad experience plus they ALWAYS go above and beyond. If your looking for a new dental office this is it! I highly recommend.

I’ve been going to this dental office since I was 14 & I’m about to be 26 now. I love Dr. Nguyen & the staff here! I live in Dallas & even though I have several dental offices in my network right down the street from me, I make the 30 minute commute to Precious Smile to see Dr. Nguyen! Can’t say enough nice things about this place!

Asked for lower retainer to be replaced. Instead of the retainer I was expecting, received something else. That being said, when I got home I tried to floss my lower teeth, and could not get floss between teeth. I thought it was due to the different type of retainer. I got appointment with my regular dentist 2 days later, who found, it was not the wires blocking between my teeth… this Orthodontist had literally glued my bottom teeth together with bonding material. I contacted BBB, and this office lied saying they would refund $350, but they never credited my card. So not only a sloppy job, which took drilling and scraping to be removed, they kept my money. I also had to pay another dentist to remove this mess.
