We consulted with Olja regarding our proposed vacation to the Baltic States because of her firsthand and extensive knowledge of that area. The journey included Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania , which were countries we had never visited. Olja carefully created an incredible trip. She asked us important questions about our interests, likes/dislikes, time of year, length of stay, budget and past experiences on other trips. In my opinion, all of these questions are critical when proposing an itinerary. Her recommendations were exceptional. The hotels, transfers, private guides, restaurant and sightseeing suggestions were exactly what we wanted. Throughout our interactions with Olja, she was professional, knowledgeable, forthright, flexible and enthusiastic. These countries are not on a common itinerary and I will be forever grateful we contacted Olja because she created a trip of a lifetime for us. I’ll contact Olja at Preferred Travel Services in Phoenix for our future travel journeys to other destinations around the globe. - posted for Carol McComas We would like to thank Olja for helping us make our trip to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania a trip of a lifetime. We were not looking for a standard vacation package. Olja was incredibly detailed, knowledgeable, and responsive in creating our itinerary, down to the tiniest detail once she understood what we were looking for and, when and where we wanted to go. Olja’s recommendations proved to work perfectly into our thoughts for visiting the three Baltic States. She arranged the finest guides, who showed us an amazing time in both Estonia and Lithuania, to sites not on most typical tours offered for the areas. What a goldmine for us! Olja’s hotel suggestions proved to be additional bonuses. Her advice was “spot on” for us to stay close to, or within walking distance of the old towns. Olja created a highly personalized experience that exceeded our expectations. I will not hesitate to contact Olja at Preferred Travel Services in Phoenix, AZ for future adventures. - Sharon

I have been planning my Special 60 th Birthday trip to Australia for my cousin and myself. Olja has worked with me every step of the way. I will be gone for 53 days and told Olja the key points that I want to do while visiting all the States and the NT in Oz. She has been there to answer my questions and get the best deals on 5 star hotels, transportation and excursions. Can’t wait to go and will have photos of my dream trip!! Can’t say ENOUGH POSITIVE about ALL the help Olja has given me.

We wanted to visit several cities in Italy that a typical guided bus tour would not provide. I recently had the pleasure of traveling to Italy with the assistance of Preferred Travel Services. Olja personally created a unique itinerary that allowed us to see all of the major sights on our Italian vacation - while also including lesser-known spots, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Olja took care of every detail. Transfers, hotel bookings, and tickets were all pre-arranged, making the trip stress-free. Thank you Olja and the dedicated team at Preferred Travel Services. We look forward to another amazing experience. 5/26 My family and I just got back from a trip to Paris. Olja dedicated her time and expert advice to help us plan and coordinate this amazing experience. Thank you Olja and the team at Preferred Travel Services.

Olja and Shelli were exceptional, both in planning our Mediterranean cruise and assisting us in getting reimbursed due to some issues we had with Princess. 5 stars all the way!
