My mother, I, and our family were blessed to have the care and support of the care team at Prestige Homecare. The women of our care team were very invested in my Mom’s well-being, emotional and spiritual health - helping us through some very difficult days. They were respectful, loving, conscientious, timely, dedicated and proactive. And I cannot say enough personally about the owner of Prestige, Kierra, who was there for me when I didn’t know where to turn next or what to do. Her experience, genuine care for her clients and their families and her heart spoke volumes to us and I am so grateful. She went above and beyond, spending in-depth time with me, who knew my mom best. She spent time visiting with my mom as well as providing hands-on care for my mom so she could match the right caregivers to best meet her needs. Having worked with several other agencies, I had never experienced such 1:1 personal care and concern, and that made all the difference. For a year I struggled over what to do about finding care for my mom. I had no other options - insurance was no help and family could only support my mom for so long. Prestige Homecare are the first medical professionals I’ve encountered that actually came to our home to speak with my mom, listened to and understood her concerns, and provided real world advice about how to go about utilizing the benefits within my moms insurance policy. Kiera and Prestige Homecare have made a difference in our lives by proving that there is a support system that can be trusted where previously I felt like there was none. We found out the hard way this company was not as advertised. What we have learned that in the state of Texas you don’t want to get old and need home care. Things started out fairly well, then it was a revolving door of different people—most who only wanted to sit and eat. One forgot to turn off the gas on the stove when boiling eggs—if it wasn’t for my wife coming into the room our house would have blown up. This person didn’t clean up the mess, nor did she go outside as we suggested since the smell of gas was throughout the house—she continued to sit on the couch and play with her phone. The next one only wanted to sleep and broke my recliner. They promised to reimburse for having to buy a new one—it’s five months down the road and we have yet to be reimbursed despite numerous promises to get this done. The last one turned out to be an alcoholic. This company like many others in this line of work want their money up front each week so if someone can’t show up they plug in an emergency care giver who needs to be educated about what needs doing and they invariably do nothing. And good luck in trying to get any refund—they tell you ‘well, you didn’t call and tell us there was a problem. Do not use this company or any other that requests payment up front. More importantly take great care on choosing a service. In Texas you’re susceptible to fraud, theft, property and personal damage.

Kierra Reynolds, is so dedicated in making sure her clients and family are comfortable, secure and reassured. They're thorough with everything they do and they never leave a client feeling as if they wasn't treated with love, kindness and respect. I will recommend this company to everyone, no matter the race, religion or background. Everyone wants to leave a family member in good hands without having to worry about how they're getting treated. Prestige homecare has been amazing! They been very helpful and very professional since the first day we hired them. Kierra was kind and very professional and came to the house to introduce herself and do an evaluation. The homecare nurse that comes out to help mymother is wonderful.
