My son has been a client of Presidents for years. I've put up with way more than I ever should have. People not showing up to work on time. People claiming hours they didn't work. Argumentative attitudes from attendants and nurses towards my son whom is a quadriplegic and whom they work for. People thinking their phones and tablets are more important than their patient. Lauguage barriers and those rudely time and time again talking in their language to each other where the patient couldn't understand them. Holidays such as today Prestonwood will leave their clients hanging flapping in the wind without the help their are supposed to provide. Without a word to their client that no one is showing up, and top it off in not answering their phones. You can leave a message. This is the reward you as a client gets after bring in revenue for their business. This is the treatment they rather give their clients vs incentive pay for the holidays to keep their clients cared for. No they have no problem ĺeaving a 65 year old Mother alone with her 38 year old quadriplegic son on a home vent. With stage four wounds, and has to be turned every two hours. Without a heads up at all that she wouldn't have any help on his Saturday night shift nor his Sunday day shift. This will be the very last Holiday they screw us over. They have a lot to learn about professionalism and their responsibilities to their clients. They have no rules when it comes to their nurses and attendants calling in. They will cover for them and leave a patient hanging. We've been left hanging for the last time. We will be finding a new agency as soon as possible.

MY caregiver and i pulled all the documents necessary and have banded with Prestonwood in order to resolve the issues. Hopefully everything will resolve favorably for all parties involved preserving the integrity of each. So, thanks be to Celistina for going to bat for her workers and patients. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THIS MOMENTUM. CELISTINA, CELINA AND VALERIE HAVE REALLY OUTDONE THEMSELVES. THEY WENT ABOVE ND BEYOND IN FINDING A NURSE FOR THE ZIP CODE I LIVE IN. They've lost a really exceptional worker Tammy, but have many other great ones. However from an employee point of view. You had better keep all your clocking in and outs time sheets and document your clients hospital stays and e. r. visits for up to ten years or you just might get stiffed for several thousands of dollars. You will be asked to pay large sums of money if you don't keep documents to prove your integrity and innocence..

They only shown up twice, the nurse would come later around 7pm and acted like he didn't want to give services, do not use this company if you don't have to.
