Richelle did such an amazing job on my hair extensions! She was so professional, kind, and really took the time to make sure everything blended perfectly with my natural hair. The extensions look incredibly natural and feel so comfortable. She also explained how to take care of them so they last as long as possible, which I really appreciated. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend Richelle to anyone looking for high-quality extensions!

I came in this weekend for a pedicure. A promotion was being offered and I had never been here so I decided to give it a try. I was immediately greeted and offered coffee or tea upon check in, which was nice. My nail tech took me back to the pedicure room promptly. Unfortunately, the setup was a bit different than what I had hoped-there was a plastic basin on wheels in front of a lounge chair with a “massage” mat on it. The massage mat did not even work. A sparse selection of nail polish is offered, luckily I did find a beautiful color. I enjoyed that the pedicure station is in private room offering clients a space of their own for the hour. However, there was a ruckus about halfway through my service of employees coming in and out which wasn’t very relaxing. My nail tech did a fair job. The massage I received wasn’t great and she didn’t go up to the knee with the lotion and the scrub like I am used to at other salons when getting a pedicure. My polish looks awesome so at least there is that. Conversation was good as well which makes me sad that I didn’t enjoy my service more. Overall, the experience wasn’t very relaxing. If I had not received the first time client discount, I would be honestly upset at the quality of what is being offered here as far as pedicures go. I don’t mean to be snobby, the experience just doesn’t meet the industry standard for the price. My nail tech is the main reason I am giving 3 stars instead of 1. Psa to management/ownership: Please support your nail techs by with a more updated setup. Offer more polish options, maybe include complimentary mimosas. At the price point being charged there needs to be a higher standard for the client imo. Set your techs up for success and you will bring in plenty of business.

Richelle is my " go to" for all my hair needs. She does my hair extensions. She does my color and she does my cut. I trust her abilities totally. She's up to date on style and her vibe is funny, casual, and loving.

Richelle is absolutely amazing! From the moment I sat in her chair, I knew I was in great hands. My hair has never looked or felt this good. The color is perfect, the cut is flattering, and the styling was done with so much care. Beyond her talent, Richelle is warm, professional, and makes the entire experience enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it shows in her work. I walked out feeling confident and refreshed, and I’ve already received so many compliments. Highly recommend Richelle to anyone looking for exceptional hair and an all-around wonderful salon experience. I won’t trust my hair with anyone else!

My daughter and I got a next day appointment at Pret-a-Porter with Julio and our whole experience was perfect. He truly listened to what we wanted, helped us get even more specific and then used his experience and expertise to bring it all together. I don’t think I’ve ever had a more perfect cut and he found a way for me to do color without the expense and time commitment of highlights. I am so happy with the results and definitely recommend them.
