Pro-Dental

I went to Pro Dental for a regular teeth cleaning and was truly impressed by how professional, friendly and caring Dr. Tran was. She took her time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully guided on where to go for orthodontics consultation. This is the first time I’ve met a dentist who showed such genuine concern for her patient. I’m very grateful for the care and attention I received. Dr. Tran and her staff are amazing. Highly recommended!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I never feel the need to write A bad review on someone, unless I had A really bad experience, and my last visit to Pro-Dental was not pleasant. She was very rude, almost yelling at me because she couldn’t figure out why my tooth was hurting. She had told me A couple months prior that I just needed A fill, but this last appointment she is saying she needs to do procedures that my insurance doesn’t cover… According to her that is my only option. I will be getting A second opinion and changing dentist. The way she treated me was unacceptable.. I had an appointment A couple of months ago to get A tooth fixed because the Dr had told me I needed A fill. While I was driving to the office for my appointment, they called saying the dentist wouldn’t be able to see me because she was running late and would have to reschedule me for another day (keep in mind I was already in pain). I told them I couldn’t reschedule at the moment because I had to get someone to cover my shift, again. I finally get the time to go in and get my tooth fixed but by this point the Dr is saying my only option to fix my tooth is to buy either A $500 or $1500 mouth guard that my insurance does NOT cover. She made it very clear that those were my only two options for A cracked tooth, that wasn’t cracked on my first appointment. She had scheduled me for A regular fill but then she’s telling me I need to give her $500 or $1500 for A mouth guard that might work before she even considered anything else. IM STILL IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN FROM MY TOOTH, NOT BEING ABLE TO EAT, OR TALK NORMALLY. It’s been over two weeks. She told me to call her when I decided which mouth guard I’m going to buy, but those are my only two options. I honestly feel like she is trying to get A quick $500 or $1500 from me. I’ve never been to A Dr office and got treated like I was in the inconvenience. Would not recommend.

I've had bad experiences with dentist trying to get money out of me. Dr.Tran is professional and honest. I'm happy that I've found my dentist. I will be coming here for all my dental work now and I recommend anyone who needs a dentist to check it out.

Dr. Tran is the best Dentist in OC. I have been coming to her office for over 12 years now. My children love going to Dr. Tran because of the way she treats them. She is patient, polite, understanding, and walks them through the whole process when my children have needed either an extraction, filling, or a silver crown. Dr. Tran and her staff make you feel at home in her office as soon as you come in you are greeted unlike other offices. She also works with your budget giving you the best treatment plan and price to get your treatment done. I would definitely highly recommend Dr. Tran and her Pro Dental staff for any dental work. There is no other Dentist that can give you high quality treatment and a decent price.

Dr. Tran is amazing. Was recommended to her by my sister and I’m glad I came in. The staff are super friendly and calming and Dr. Tran is very informative and makes it easy to understand the procedure. They really take care of you here and I appreciate it so much!
