Nice experience. It was my daughter’s second time getting her nails done so she was hesitant. I asked for no machines or cutting. The technician was super focused on giving my daughter the best pedicure that she was a little too pushy on insisting to cut the cuticles. I had to stop her physically by covering my daughter’s hands with mine and saying no more than once. She meant well but wasn’t listening to my request as well as I felt she should. We still loved the experience and the technician was very skilled at nails. We would return. Pretty place and centrally located in the Hilton Hotel.

When I called, they told me my appointment was at 11 o'clock for a manicure and pedicure. When I got there no one was there at 11 o'clock. At about 1105 someone finally arrived. They looked at me and said that my appointment was at 11:15. 1 asked how long a spa pedicure and a spa manicure with last and the receptionist said that it would be about an hour for each Itold her I have somewhere to be, is there anyway that they can do it at the same time? She said if I have time I can help out and it will be shorter. I said OK that would be great. My pedicure started after 11:15. It lasted more than two hours that is double the time that the reception quoted me. Meanwhile, said receptionist, went to Starbucks instead of starting my manicure after she finished with another person. When my pedicure was done, I looked for her and told her that I can only do an express manicure because I only have 30 more minutes by this time I missed another appointment. She said to me that we wanted our guests to have a spa experience. Mind you this is the same exact person who said that my pedicure would last an hour. I sat down for my "express manicure" and it lasted another two hours!!! I actually had to tell the lady working on my hands to put the topcoat on because I had to go. I literally felt trapped because I couldn't leave with my nails halfway done and I had an event to go to that night. The lady who was doing my nails seemed very sweet, but just too much time on my cuticles, and she just kept picking at them. So much so that my big toe got infected and have a ton of hangnails now. I had to go get antibiotic ointment or it could've gotten really bad. For as long as she spent on my hands and feet they aren't even close to perfect. The gel is on the cuticles and there were a ton of bubbles. This was literally the longest and the most disappointing manicure and pedicure l've ever been to. Don't go here unless you have all freaking day.

I wanted to get my nails done for a week of Christmas activities with my family where we’d be taking a lot of photos. I only use Dazzle Dry Polish because it dries in 6 minutes, lasts up to 2 weeks, and does not damage nails like gel manicures. Luckily, I found Pure Escape minutes from the Disneyland Hotel and they had Dazzle Dry! *Call ahead* They had shorter hours than listed and I accidentally walked in 30 min before closing. The owner took pity on my situation and did a quick shaping and polish application. My nails looked great! I am extremely grateful and highly recommend this salon.

The Fairy Godmother is not at Disneyland. She’s at the Salon in the Anaheim Hilton hotel! I Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough! The manager of the Salon, Becca, is fantastic! Whatever they pay her, they ought to double it and do everything they can to make sure she doesn’t get away. She and her team are talented, polished, professional artists doing what they love to do. She went out of her way to fit in walk-ins and extra services even though the salon is specifically by appointment only. She is one of those rare, quality, human beings that I sure wish there were more of! I’ve used this specific salon a few times over the years when I’m in town for a formal event and as long as she’s there running the show, I will return! She can give you the exact look that you want if you have a specific expectation, but if you’re able, I HIGHLY suggest having an open mind and allowing her and her team to design a custom look for you. You will not be disappointed!
