. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Experience! Pure Dentistry was absolutely amazing from start to finish. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time because of severe anxiety and fear surrounding dental visits, but the entire team made me feel comfortable, safe, and supported every step of the way. The staff took the time to explain each procedure thoroughly and answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I needed multiple fillings and treatment for a chipped front tooth, and they carefully reviewed all of my options so I could make the best decision for my care. What really stood out was how transparent they were about treatment and costs. They offered financing options and walked me through everything in detail to help me find the plan that worked best for me. The quality of the dental work was excellent, and everyone in the office was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even the small touches, like the goodie bag they gave me on my way out, made the experience more than worth while. I highly recommend Pure Dentistry to anyone, especially if you’ve been putting off dental care because of anxiety. They truly go above and beyond for their patients! ❤️🦷

We’ve been bringing our kids here for regular checkups every six months and have had a great experience every time. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and great with children. Thankfully, my kids have healthy teeth, and the team always takes a moment to compliment us on that. As a mom, that’s especially nice to hear and something I really appreciate. The kids love picking out a little prize after their appointment, and we always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend this office to other families!

I had a great experience at this dental office! They did an amazing job with my regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and filling. Everything was handled professionally and with care. The doctors are incredibly gentle, friendly, and make you feel comfortable the entire time. On top of that, the customer service is truly 10/10 — everyone is welcoming, helpful, and attentive. I needed a crown on my front tooth doctor was gentle and amazing and the assistant Genesis was really nice and helped me get through my treatment. The crown I got done was covered with my insurance because it met the guidelines and not because of cosmetics insurance won’t cover that! Maira helped me out and did a fantastic job and gave me a great treatment plan and I couldn’t be happier! I got my smile back with an amazing monthly payment thank you to pure Santa Ana dentist!!!

The worst dental experience of my life. I came to this clinic for a very simple and routine reason — a regular professional cleaning, which I do every six months. I have never had serious dental issues, I rarely need any treatment, and at the time of my visit I had no pain, no discomfort, and no concerns about my teeth at all. I would also like to mention that I visited this clinic using Medi-Cal insurance. Unfortunately, after this experience, I was left with the impression that this fact may have influenced both the attitude and the recommendations I received. From the very beginning, the clinic made a poor impression: the space looked worn down, outdated, and poorly maintained. But that turned out to be the least concerning part of the visit. After taking X-rays, I was told that I urgently needed to replace 15 fillings, get 3 crowns, and on top of that, they aggressively started pushing aligners, which I never asked about. All of this was presented as “necessary treatment,” without clear explanations and completely unrelated to the reason I came in — a simple cleaning. This felt less like genuine medical care and more like an attempt to sell as many services as possible. I left the clinic feeling confused, anxious, and questioning my dental health, even though I had walked in feeling perfectly fine. To make sure I had accurate information, I visited two other independent dental clinics afterward. Both confirmed that my teeth are in good condition and that none of the extensive or urgent treatment recommended here was necessary. This kind of experience is unacceptable. Dentistry should be about trust, honesty, and patient care — not fear-based tactics and unnecessary, expensive procedures. I will never return to this clinic and cannot recommend it to anyone who values ethical treatment, accurate diagnoses, and respectful care.
