My case was just fully concluded today (3 days away from it being 1 year since my crash) and throughout the whole process I spoke with multiple different people (Howard, Carmen, etc.) and for my first car accident ever I had no clue what I was doing so I definitely would’ve appreciated more explanation during the entire process because I felt very lost/confused. My situation was very unusual for many reasons so I appreciate their help greatly but the communication was the only thing that could’ve improved. Once we got to the final steps, it was all explained very well to me and I felt confident and good for the rest of the case. Overall, I’m very happy with the outcome and am very impressed at their ability to reduce the medical as much as they did (increasing my payout).

I am very disappointed with my experience with this law firm. While my son’s bodily injury case was eventually settled, I repeatedly asked about my vehicle and my personal property claim throughout the case. I felt like I was given the runaround for over two years and was never clearly told about any deadline that could affect my rights. During that time, my vehicle remained in impound and was eventually sold. I repeatedly contacted the office by text and phone asking about my vehicle, but I did not feel my concerns were properly addressed. I am now being told that my property damage claim is too late, which has left me feeling frustrated and devastated. Communication was poor, and I felt that my questions were not answered in a clear or timely manner. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone hiring this firm to ask detailed questions about all aspects of their case, including property damage claims, and to make sure they understand any important deadlines.
