Q Foot Spa

It was my first time to this spa. The little Chinese guy did a good job. I really enjoyed the massage but I only received 45 minutes of service instead of one hour! UPDATE: I went there for the second time for the foot massage. Apparently, they saw my review. This time they gave me a full hour plus extra 10 minutes to compensate the missing time of my first visit. I am a satisfied customer! UPDADE 2. This spa is a weird place! I made a 3:45 pm appointment. After a while the owner (that skinny Chinese lady at the front desk) called to postpone my appointment to 4:10pm. I agreed. When I arrived and laid in bed ready for a nice foot massage, the owner rushed in and told me the massage cost $5 more. I asked why as she did not let me know when I called to make the appointment. She said “ I didn’t know what kind of service I need”. She acted pretty rude! I did not want to argue with her. I was calm and slowly took my bag and was ready to leave. She immediately agreed with me paying the old price……OK I was there anyway so I stayed. After the massage I paid and tipped the masseuse. The owner ordered me to give her more tips because of the appointment!! She was waiting for me. I will never go back to this horrible place again.

Q Foot Spa is such a relaxing place to visit! Mary is always so welcoming and makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in. Judy did an incredible job with my massage — she was attentive, professional, and really knew how to work out all the tension. The atmosphere is calm, the service is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. I always leave feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!”

First off this is my 3rd time coming here and 2 times were not good experiences. I asked for 30 minute foot massage. I was rushed because they claim they had an appointment even tho I was already in the middle massage. So they had two …
