Q Nails & Lashes

Great service!! And everyone was really nice. Thank you for an amazing experience. Update: I’m going to go from 5 to 3 stars after processing everything. I got my nails and feet done here for vacation the day before I left . When I made it to my hotel room and took off my socks and shoes my polish was gone. So I would say this had a good quality initial look but overall something was done wrong. Secondly I gave the benefit of the doubt for my nails but they were not able to do my cat eye nails the way that I wanted them done. I got more of a hot pink glitter nail. It was really just trial and error (and I spent 4hrs there) but they were very sweet. I would trust them for a basic solid color nail set because the nail did last but nothing more.

After being turned away by multiple shops for three walk-in full sets, I called Brian. He was so nice and welcomed us right in. We were seated immediately, and the staff was mostly super friendly and attentive (highly recommend trying their Vietnamese coffee!). Miss Peaches did a wonderful job on my niece's nails, and my technician was great too. The only issue was the lady who did my sister's nails, as she was so rude and dry and just looked so annoyed the whole time. She ASSUMED she wasn't going to tip because she shouted "no tip?" out loud when she was ringing her up. However, the rest of the experience was so positive that we will definitely be returning!

First time coming here, the girls are so wonderful and their customer service is amazing. They took the time to do my mani & pedi, unlike other places they’re always rushing to get to the their next client..not here they did an awesome job with nails. Eyebrow waxing was painless and the shaping was beautiful. I recommend this place 10/10!

This was my first time visiting and I am very impressed and satisfied. Bi slayed on my Gel X nails like never before. His attention to detail is a rare quality in the nail industry these days. I got the lavender pedicure that included sugar scrub, hot stone massage, hot towels, and paraffin wax. It was amazing and relaxing for ONLY $39. I love the energy of the workers here so I will definitely be back. I will say they are busy so make you book in advance. I hope you enjoy your experience like I did. 😁

Bryan was great! He has patience and does a great job! 10/10 I would recommend. I will be going back
