Q's Spa & Nail Bar

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else! I consistently get the Gel-X refills, and my nails easily last for weeks without lifting or chipping. The star of the show is definitely Tammy (or "Nail Mami" as some of us call her!). She is incredibly sweet, insanely talented, and has a real eye for detail. Beyond the talent, the atmosphere is exactly what you want in a salon: it’s clean, peaceful, and the entire staff is welcoming. Plus, their prices are very reasonable compared to other spots in the area. If you want a high-quality mani/pedi in a relaxing environment, go see Tammy!

My all time favorite nail salon!! I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is extremely kind and is happy to help with whatever you need. I appreciate their willingness to make sure that I’m satisfied with my service, every single tech at this establishment is wonderful. I truly cannot say enough good things. Q’s makes getting my nails done an absolute pleasure. Thank you Q’s for being the best!!!

I’m a regular at Q’s. I see Tiffany for a builder gel manicure and Bee for a deluxe pedicure. The spa is spacious and clean. The technician’s are knowledgeable and open to understanding your vision for your nails. Once you find your technician continue to schedule appointments with them. My sister and mom are also regulars at Q’s. Each have their own technician’s they see regularly as well. Jay’s managerial style keeps the shop running smoothly and efficiently. Getting a mani/pedi is a treat to myself and a time to relax and unwind. Weekends are pretty busy, after work hours on weekdays seem more open. I enjoy afternoons after work to decompress before going home but schedule ahead on weekends when needed.

I've been to Q's Spa & Nail Bar once before this experience. I loved it. I went with my dad and we had a great time without a single issue. The staff was friendly and quick, and the nails were well done. I decided to go back to get a dip manicure but they were closed for renovations. "That's fine, I'll go somewhere else now and come back next time I need my nails done when they're open," I thought. So I did. And it was terrible. I wanted silver metallic chrome dip. I showed her the photo and she had to ask two to three other people if they even did that at this business. They said no. So she offered me a sparkly option. She gave me one of those samples and I chose the silver sparkly one since it was the closest to the chrome I originally wanted. Then she began to do my nails. Not only did this process take TWO HOURS to simply get my previous dip manicure off and get a new set with only my natural nails, they look TERRIBLE. I have not a clue why she would put black underneath the sparkles, as it just makes them look dirty. Why not put pink or white? The sparkles are splotchy because she only did one layer for some reason. The texture of the nails is not smooth at all. Also, she didn't ask about putting black on my nails. (I came in with a regular black dip manicure so maybe she thought I wanted that, but I'm still super confused on that one. Would have been amazing if she would have just asked/clarified.) I don't know much about the dip process, as this was only the second time, so I put my faith in her that she would have more knowledge about them than I and do them well, as it is quite literally her entire job description. I asked others from my work and my friends if they looked as bad as I thought and they all said "Yes, they look awful." (great confidence booster by the way). One of my friends even asked why I'd paid for it at all (I didn't expect to be there for 2 hours, making me almost late for work, so I just rushed out of there and told myself I'd deal with it tomorrow). Another person at work said it looked like a "talented child did them". I didn't disagree. So I decided to try to go back to get my money back the next day. I didn't have two hours of my morning before work to set aside for them to fix my nails and, quite frankly, I didn't want them to touch my nails ever again, so I asked for a refund. The disrespect I received when I asked for that refund was unmatched. Not only did he laugh in my face, he began speaking to another woman who worked there (I assume the assistant manager, but I'm not too sure) and then they began laughing together too. Laughing at a customer, in front of a customer, is wild to me and I've worked at some terrible establishments. He said that because I "left satisfied", I couldn't get a refund. The only thing that he said he could do was to fix it FOR A DISCOUNT OF NOT EVEN 50%. Not get all of my money back for the problem that they started. I would think at a business like this where the reviews are so good, would have better customer service as to not LAUGH at the customer right in front of them. It was truly wild. I've never had a nail salon experience like this. Attached are the nails that they expected me to love.
