I have known the owner for over a decade, and she does honest and hard work with a very loyal and dedicated team. The results speak for themselves as she has many years of experience providing great service to many different clientele such as small business owners, non-profit organizations, residential, etc. She takes the time to cater to each customer, no matter how many questions they may have. It’s also quite common for her to provide discounts/packaged deals for the variety of chandeliers her store has to offer. Expectations are set clear from the initial consultation to installation day, and she is always opened to feedback. I could not be more confident in my recommendation if you are in the market to have a great chandelier purchasing experience.

I’ve been to my fair share of furniture stores (including chandelier specific ones) This one is hands down one of the best. Friendly owner, incredibly reasonable prices, and quality that is not just easy to see but shown in deeper detail. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They uncharge their chandeliers by a ridiculous amount compared to their competitors. They take advantage of elder Vietnamese clients who trust them because of the shared culture and language. My parents went here to purchase chandeliers for their forever home - and they found 2 they liked for about $7990 and $3995. The owner Quynh Nga made them “a deal” and brought down the cost of the more expensive chandelier to $6000. My parents, thinking the chandeliers were a great deal, bought both for a grand total of $11364 including installation. When my parents came home that same day and showed me the pictures of the chandeliers, I had an inkling both chandeliers have been marked up by an incredibly unfair amount. I told Quynh Nga to hold the deposit we gave her for now so I can research more about different chandeliers. All this happened within 5 hours - from my parents buying to me telling Quynh Nga to hold our deposit. When I told her to hold the deposit, she agreed to it. After I did more research, the chandelier that was “$7990” was only $3600 at LampsPlus. After I brought this to her attention, she was adamant the crystal quality is different but WOULD NOT produce the evidence to prove it was indeed different quality compared to LampsPlus. Because of the vast difference in cost, I told her we wanted to cancel both orders and will also pay for restocking fee, but she refused. She would only allow us to switch the smaller chandelier to something else. We were extremely frustrated, but decided to at least switch the second chandler to a higher valued one. She sent us a couple options that she promised were around and worth $3995. There was one we liked, but we found the EXACT one at LampsPlus for $2500. Sigh. Again, she was adamant the quality is different but would produce the evidence or provide us the designer of the lights. We truly feel scammed by her and there’s nothing more for us to do. We paid for both lights that are currently being shipped here and will still be installed by her. I just want to warn other to NOT go to this place, they will 100% rip you off. I feel so sorry my parents trusted her guidance, I don’t want other future buyers to make the same mistake as them!

This place really gives you the full experience. I walked in seeing a huge variety of options and was treated with the upmost respect by Quynh Nga. She tries to give you the most understanding and comprehensive experience possible. Lets you know price points and quality (which they are all of the utmost quality of course). I truly felt comfortable and knowledgeable by the end of my time with this store.

A wonderful experience with a wide variety of chandeliers to choose from! The staff was welcoming and kind enough to let me look around. I’d definitely recommend stopping by and checking out the store if you’re nearby! 😁🛋️
