Highly recommend! I recently visited Jessica Herbal Head Spa with my tween daughter and her 2 other girlfriends, and we all had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the space felt calm, clean, and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The head spa treatments were gentle, relaxing, and perfectly appropriate for kids. The girls felt comfortable the entire time and absolutely loved the soothing scalp care and massage. They walked out smiling, relaxed, and excited to tell everyone about it. It was such a special and memorable experience for them and something unique, relaxing, and a fun way to introduce self-care in a calm and positive environment. The staff was patient, professional, and made sure the girls felt safe and at ease throughout the visit. We’ll definitely be back.

I tried many different headspa but I was never happy until I found Jessica Herbal Headspa. I have been her regular ever since, almost 2 years now. For those who are not familiar with what a headspa does, depend on the package you choose you will get a foot massage and/or back massage and/or shoulder and neck massage beside hair-wash. They also wash snd massage your face then apply face mask sheet with a cold stone mask on top which is extremely relaxing. The service usually end with ice cold steel balls massage on your face, this helps tighten up your face and will make you look refreshing afterwards. I love this head spa for the following reasons: 1. Clean. All rooms are kept clean. They use a cleaned/sterilized set and of tools and robe for each customer. 2. Friendly. All staffs are friendly. They always greet me with a smile and offering hot tea when I arrive for my appointment. 3. Skillful. I tried multiple packages in their menu with different staffs and I was happy each time though my favorite is Miss Duyen. She remember my soft spots and adjusted the pressure level base on my reference. 4. Continuously improving. Im very glad that Jessica is a very open minded owner. She listened to her customers and continuously adding new services to ensure her customers are well pampered when they come to this spa. She recently added full body massage for those who love deep tissue massage. 5. They do nail too. This is one of their new services and I have been getting my nail done here after I get my hair washed. It is now my one stop shop for my relaxation and beauty needs. 6. Great products. I truly love all the herbal products they use from the shampoo, conditioner to hair oil spray. I love them so much I bought them to use at home daily. 7. Reasonable price. Their price is reasonable comparing to different headspa in town. Jessica often run promotions, which make her spa even mote affordable. She’s currently offering buy five get one free which ends at the end of February so make sure you take advantage of this great promotion. She also offers group for weekdays. 8. Privacy. Each customer has a private enclosed room. There are couple rooms too. Take your family and friends here you will be loved even more.

Very good service. We come as group all get 80’ packages, and they so friendly, they offer tea and sweet treat while waiting. The tech very good and we are so relax. We will come back. Very recommended.

I had a great experience. Xuan was so friendly and very informative. She also explained everything she was doing I felt so comfortable. Thanks Xuan for a great experience while I was there to get my hair shampooed. I will definitely return since they are running a promotion

It was my first time visiting this place, and the staff were so nice and friendly. I tried the herbal shampoo and back massage, and they did such an incredible job! I had issues with my shoulder and neck, and I felt so much better after I left. All I want to say is AMAZING. This place is a must-try! Trang and Jessica are Amazing.
