The boba was delicious, but the real surprise was the food. The Korean corn dog was perfectly crispy, and the mozzarella sticks were just as good. The jalapeño ranch dip was AMAZING!

This was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've had over such a simple request. I ordered two coffee drinks and, after placing my order, asked if one could be made without ice. The employee told me it would cost an extra 50 cents because it would require more product. I understood the reasoning. So I offered a simple solution: don't fill the cup all the way. That way, they wouldn't have to use any extra product. Instead of working with me, they refused. I was told it would "mess up the recipe." Then they explained the milk coffee is premade and has to be shaken with ice before being poured into the cup. I even said I didn't care if the drink was cold—I just didn't want ice in it. I also learned I couldn't adjust the sweetness because the drink is already premade. At that point, it became obvious this wasn't about the recipe or the 50 cents. It was about a complete lack of flexibility and customer service. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable or free. I simply wanted my drink without ice and even offered a compromise that wouldn't cost the business anything. Good customer service means listening to customers and using a little common sense when possible. Instead, I was met with rigid policies and zero effort to find a solution. It left me feeling like providing a positive customer experience was far less important than blindly following a process. I won't be coming back. You guys also took my contact information. And for what? I have yet to get a call back. Clearly no effort to reconcile this matter or to hear out my frustrations regarding your customer service so you’ve left me to leave you a review.

Drinks are fine, service was fine, but I’m kind of amazed by the way the Korean hotdogs were done, and not in a good way. Ordered the mozza & hotdog with hot Cheeto seasoning and jalapeño ranch sauce. For one, these aren’t hot Cheetos. Two, they’re not even a seasoning?? These are just shoddily crushed dorito type chip chunks on my hot dog, not even fully coating it on the outside. What’s up with that??? I’ve never been to a place that sells Korean hotdogs and just tosses the seasoning all willy nilly on the top of it without even fully coating the dog. For around $7, honestly not worth it.

I ordered with the cashier’s advice and BOOM the drinks are ready in the next minute, I kid you not. The fastest service ever. 30% sweet works well for me. Got the grape boba in the dragonfruit tea and it is lovely

The staff here treated me so well. We came in as a group of 6 people who all ordered drinks, and the employees were not only super courteous at the register, but our drinks were all made within 5 minutes maximum. Not to mention that all the drinks were super tasty with the fruit teas being really fresh and the mango stormy being my personal favorite. 10/10 experience!
