If I could rate this nail salon with 10 stars that still would not be enough! I came in today and had had an incredible experience. The staff has been so extremely patient with me. I am embarrassed to say that I kept changing my mind (only because there were so many amazing options that I had never seen at any other salon before) because of my indecisiveness, the patient and beyond helpful staff continued to make the several different changes that I kept asking of them and they were so kind and patient the entire time. Did not make me feel like a burden even though I know I was one. They made sure that my nails turned out exactly the way that I wanted and were pleasant and just incredible the entire time. My appointment was at 11am. I went in for a new set and a pedicure, so it should’ve been less than 2 hours at the ABSOLUTE most. Not today though. The honor Ryan, knew that I was not 100% ecstatic and he continued to do whatever he had to do to make sure that I left the salon with the nails that I wanted when I came in. I left at 2:30 PM and that was only because Ryan knew that I was not going to be satisfied unless I had perfection and he absolutely was able to achieve that for me! I will definitely be going nowhere else from here on out. Time and energy that the staff put into my nails and the positive, not pushy attitude that they directed towards me made this probably the most pleasant nail experience I’ve ever had! I will definitely be raving about R Nails & Spa to all of my friends! In my opinion, it is the best I’ve ever visited when it comes to nail salons! #1 NAIL SALON!!!!!💅🏼

First time coming and had great service! They took their time and were very friendly! Update: After a week my gel nails were chipping and lifting. They were super nice but my nails did not last. If I am paying a good amount of money for gels I want them to last. I added pictures.

The absolute worst experience at this salon. To start off, my mom and I got the same services done but she also got an eyebrow wax and somehow that totaled out to cheaper than mine. They burnt her face with the wax and didn’t acknowledge it. My gel manicure was a simple color with chrome over top and the chrome job is so horrible, I am missing chrome on certain nails, and the streaks are so visible and patchy. I was charged 17$ to add chrome to my nails for it to come out looking like this. All around NOT SATISFIED with this place as we payed way too much for the horrible services we received.

The nail technicians are so talented here! Jaycie did my daughter’s nails with the most beautiful and intricate summer design and they were perfect!!! The customer service was great and the salon was clean and beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Top notch experience. The staff is kind, accommodating, and talented. Attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone who wants the perfect experience. Linh gives the best pedi! Luxurious massage and a beautiful French tip. You must go.
