They were able to customize my order on request to remove ingredients from my salad. I have quite a few dietary restrictions and it makes it difficult for me to usually eat from any restaurant. They did a fantastic job in accommodating for me :)

Walking into RAW Superfood Café in Fremont, I immediately noticed how clean, modern, and calming the space feels, blending minimalist design with warm greenery throughout. The atmosphere strikes a balance between a wellness-focused café and a comfortable neighborhood spot where you can actually sit and enjoy your time. Everything feels intentionally designed, from the soft lighting to the organized layout that keeps the space open and breathable. Ordering was smooth and efficient, with staff who were knowledgeable and happy to explain ingredients or make adjustments. My smoothie tasted exceptionally fresh, not overly sweet, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients rather than shortcuts. RAW feels like a place where health, aesthetics, and consistency genuinely intersect.

The food is pretty amazing! Even when I am disappointed by some service incidents that I run into I still come back for the food! The drinks didn't really light up my taste buds like the food, but I like the healthy ingredients in them and the wide selection. Pretty comfy dine in ambiance also.

I am completely obsessed with the banh mi sandwich. Whenever I’m in town, I get it at least a couple times in a week. So so good. The adaptogenic mushroom toast and magic matcha lattes are also good. Service is friendly and fast. Little seating, semi-uncomfortable chairs, and the bright white lighting all encourage me to take my food to go, but it’s clean and never crowded so not a bad spot for a quick lunch as well if you need to be in the area

What stood out most was the all-vegetarian menu — a rare and refreshing find. I tried the burger, and it was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. It’s definitely worth visiting at least once, especially if you enjoy vegetarian food. Parking is generally available in the area, but it can be tough to find during peak hours. Seating inside is limited, so you might need to sit outside. Thankfully, the outdoor seating has a nice vibe too. The staff was friendly and the service was efficient. Overall, a solid spot for a casual, tasty vegetarian meal.
