I had been in a not so well state and comforting mamon from red ribbon was the answer. They still didn’t have the pan de sal when I went but happy I was able to get a pack of butter mamon and ube flan slice cake. The service was great and the staff was very pleasant. Clean and organized.

Red Ribbon never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you’re craving when you walk in. But what really made this visit stand out was the customer service. Mary and Sharon went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind the entire time. You can tell they care about the customers and take pride in what they do. Great food is one thing, but service like that is what keeps people coming back. I’ll definitely be returning!

When I mentioned that the feast I was ordering was for a company brunch, she took extra care to ensure everything was beautifully wrapped and presented in an appealing and professional way. Her attention to detail truly made a difference. What impressed me most was how much pride she takes in representing Red Ribbon and the Filipino community. She clearly holds herself to a high standard and wants every customer to have an exceptional experience. As a Filipino, it made me proud to bring the food knowing it looked as amazing as it tasted. Not only did Sharon make sure the food and pastries were presented beautifully, but she also helped me carry everything to my car without hesitation. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Sharon is the epitome of great leadership. While training a new employee, she led by example and demonstrated exactly what outstanding customer service looks like. I'm from San Angelo, and it's always worth the drive! I bought 4 dozen pork empanadas—they are so good and my absolute favorite. I also picked up Butter Mamon and Ensaimada, and my daughter loves the Ube Cake. Aby, the new cashier, was fast, friendly, and very accommodating even with a packed store full of customers. The store was clean, and the team kept everything running smoothly despite the busy time. I keep coming back because of the delicious food, the friendly customer service, and the welcoming atmosphere. It truly feels like home every time I visit!

Mary and Kath are very friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable of the products and have explained that the assorted pastries pack is no longer available. In addition to the to-go orders, I also ordered arroz caldo meal. The arroz caldo and mango cake slice are really good. I just noticed that the serving got smaller compared to the last time I was here.
