Cửa hàng có thể đặc biệt hữu ích với người mua lần đầu muốn trao đổi về nhu cầu và nghe tư vấn, cũng như khách quay lại coi trọng dịch vụ am hiểu sản phẩm. I have been coming to Reeds Firearms in Gilbert for years and they are as solid as they come. Matt the owner runs a tight ship and it shows the moment you walk in. Brian is also outstanding. Knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help whether you are a first time buyer or someone who knows exactly what they want. The staff takes safety and compliance seriously, which is exactly what you want from a firearms shop. Some of the negative reviews complaining about store policies clearly miss that point. Those comments come off as uninformed and lacking basic understanding of how responsible gun shops operate. Reeds follows the rules, treats customers fairly, and does not bend standards just to make a quick sale. I have always been treated with respect here and have received honest advice instead of sales pressure. Inventory is solid, prices are fair, and the service is consistently professional. Matt and Brian have built a business based on integrity and it shows in how long they have been serving the community. If you want a trustworthy gun store run by people who actually care about doing things the right way, this is the place. Highly recommended.
I have never been treated soo rudely in my life. On 10/28/25 around 2pm, The short bald man behind the counter asked me for my id before I could look at a handgun. Wierd, but im ok with it, so I gave him my Valid class D az driver's license. He looked it over and placed it back on the counter and i was able to check out a nice glock 26. I gave the handgun back to him and put my id back in my wallet. I tried to make small talk about various guns, telling him my plans to build an ar-15 and looking at a couple uppers he had for sale. He seemed annoyed that I was in the shop and gave one word answers so I just assumed he was not into gun talk or something. I asked to see an aero precision ar pistol, he said I needed to once again provide my id. I found this wierd and asked him why he needed it again, and if it was to prevent people from running out with guns or something, he stated no, he just wanted to make sure I was able to own such a gun, and didnt want to waste anyone's time. I found that also wierd but brushed it off and once again gave him my valid arizona driver's license showing him I was over 40 years old, even though he had just looked it over. The final straw was when I, by force of habbit began to pop the rear take down pin out of the aero ar I was now looking at. He said, "hey now dont be taking apart my guns" I was taken back by the warning, as I often look at the vcg profile and lower cut out on any gun I buy l. I asked him why?, he said there is nothing in there to look at or mess around with. As a veteran, retired police officer, LEOSA card holder, and firearms expert, I have never been treated soo poorly by a gunstore employee. Felt like I was under suspicion or a bother to him the entrie time I was in the store. I Just just politely have him back the firearm and told him I would take my business elsewhere. Drove down street to another gun store and dropped 3200 dollars on a LMT 16" contract overrun rifle. They didnt mind me looking at the carrier profile and staking on the gas key. RESPONSE EDIT: you are right, it isn't my business, if it was, I would tell "Brian" the correct way to address a customer attempting to pop the rear captured takedown pin on a firarm they were interested in purchasing, isnt "Hey don't be opening that up, there ain't nothing in there you need to be messing with" when minutes earlier he saw the cust remove a bcg and charging handle from a delton upper and said nothing, even offering to hold the items while he checked the bore. As the owner "I'm sorry man, store policy, we have to do that for you." Would have been my response to that situation. I might tell my employees that gun buyers can always find it online cheaper, but some choose to patronize gun stores for the friendly "gun talk" with fellow gun enthusiasts and will pay higher prices to support the local business, and acting rude and disinterested will drive those very customers to shop at larger stores down the street like Virtus Armory, with twice the selection and employees who dont treat clean cut middle-aged fathers like thieves, likely to sprint out of the store with a gun minutes after showing ID to staff. If it were my business I may tell staff that asking for the ID again after a previous inspection of it, to hold as collateral is kinda silly and a time waste that somehow every other gun store in Arizona has survived without. I DEFINITELY would not lie about customers "puffing chests" or being "asked twice" when no such thing occurred, but I make a habbit of not lying, without such moral compass, I would have at least fabricated a better fiction of the encounter, like I was a prohibited possessor and reeking of booze or something. But ultimately, I would have just responded to this review with "sorry you had a bad experience, if there is anything we can do to make it right, let us know!" as you're actually speaking to the 100's of readers of this, not me. I'm a nobody, this is your company's permanent billboard you just vomited upon. A more astute business owner would recognize this instinctively.
These guys are AMAZING! I was shopping around for a firearm and was undecided on what to get as it was the first one I was actually going to own. I tried going to Bass Pro Shop but customer service is not their forte. They expect to just sell you the gun you shop up to buy. No recommendations, no attempt to educate you on the right firearm for you. My experience with Reese Firearms exceeded my expectations. They greeted us with a smile and took the time to show us a wide range of firearms to meet my needs. They were there to educate us on the best option available, not just trying to sell us a product. I am truly grateful and appreciative for the time and attention to detail they provided and will definitely be recommending them to everyone we know!
I didn’t care about the ID thing. But not allowing me to check the functionality of the firearm. For instance, racking the slide checking the trigger! sorry ridiculous I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
I have been coming to this establishment for years. I have always been treated with respect; Their service is always outstanding and friendly. Please do check them out!
