Nothing at all gives spa vibes.. more like strip club hustle! Tried to purchase a 90 min massage tip was demanded up front and then after giving about 18% tip she asked for a 20% ... all while still walking in door processing my payment. So informed her you will not tell me how much to tip you Lady and told her to refund my massage. Something definitely not right going on in there

I’ve been coming to Relax Spa for about 8 years, and it’s truly the best massage experience I’ve ever had. OMG this place was horribleeeeeee first I come in and pay before my massage was even done on top of that she asked me for a tip also after I paid for my massage I had about 6 or 7 dollars in my pocket which was fine for a tip she while her head and said no 20 please I might as well had a homeless person give me a massage and the massage was horrible I told her soft she was so aggressive and steady running out the room to get the door NEVER AGAIN

The massage was okay. The ambient temperature was freezing. I told the lady medium. Instead I got soft, and lots and lots of oil. So much I had to wipe a lot off myself and then get home and take a long hot shower just to get the rest off. $10 tip, ... Returning? I'll pass. Not my cup of tea.
