UPDATE: THEY ALSO DO NOT PROPERLY CLEAN THEIR TOOLS!!! After this horrible experience, I’ve developed a severe infection on one of my nails. Don’t walk… RUN AWAY from this place. This was by far my worst experience at a nail salon in my 21+ years of life. My sister and I walked in with the same inspo picture, and both left in tears with something completely different. I drove into town to get my nails & toes done with my family for a corporate event coming up this week. This is the first time I’ve gotten my nails done in over a year. My pedicure was good, but she had to re-do the gel polish on 2 toes bc it looked like my niece painted them and accidentally went outside the lines. Before I left, I pointed out the visible stripe on my nails to the nail technician. She responded, “well it’s because we had to add the tip (which they charge extra for), but it won’t be noticeable unless under this type of LED light.” After walking outside and seeing it’s even MORE noticeable in daylight, I decided to go back and see what my options were after spending $130 and being 100% dissatisfied. When I approached the owner, she looked at my nails and acknowledged they were done incorrectly, saying “oh yeah, I see the powder they used was too light. Do you have time to re-do them?” After being there for over 2 hours + 15 min late to a house showing, I did not have time (which she knew). I asked for a refund, but was told “no, we can’t do that. I can give you a gift card for nails.” I explained I do not live close and drove quite the distance, so a gift card wouldn’t be ideal for me. Her response was “oh well I’ll give you the gift card and you can give it to your mom and work it out” They did not offer a manicure with our nails. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My wife and I had an appointment at 1 and weren't serviced until 1:54. My wife's pedicure was spot on while I wouldn’t recommend a pedicure by Tina to my worst enemy. She half removed my cuticles and continuously removed them throughout the service, especially while polishing. I did not receive the stone massage, she didn't clean my legs, didn't clean underneath my toes, nor did she cut down my toenails. Before she began polishing, I asked her to file down my toenails because they hurt when I wear tennis shoes and she told me she would file them down and shape them AFTER she polished. This was the worst experience in a nail salon and we will not be returning. Oh yeah, we were there for 2 hours. We originally were going to get our nails done, but after the wait and customer service, we used our better judgment and canceled that service .

This has been our go-to place for my wife's nails for quite some time. Recently, they introduced a head spa service and are running some great promotions. We decided to try it and absolutely loved it! Talina was very professional, attentive, and customer service-oriented. Highly recommend!

I was recommended to get my nails done here as I was visiting from out of state for a wedding. The salon was very clean, full of people. I was immediately offered a drink as well. However, the first technician I asked for assistance with a light pink color to compliment my dress, she was very rude and told me she did not choose colors. Then she left and another technician did my nails. She did a wonderful job with the gel manicure initially. However, at 1 week my first nail cracked. At 9 days I had a total of 4 nails with cracked gel. I called and there was nothing to do at this time as I live out of state. I usually have gel that lasts a solid 2-3 weeks, so this was very atypical for my experiences elsewhere.

Sandy is the best!! She did and amazing job, just like my inspiration photo. Took her time and was really caring. You can tell she loves what she does!! If you go here definitely check her out!!
