I got a monthly membership, and it makes coming on a regular basis super affordable. Bella gives the BEST facials and always has incredible recommendations for how I can improve my skin. She and everyone else who work here are so kind, and I have always left feeling so relaxed!
Recently i went to Riviera Spa for my 3rd lymphatic massage with Willow my therapist. Willow is always courteous and ask questions pertaining to my area of treatment. She provides exceptional service and a provides quality feedback. The overall experience with Riviera Spa has been a pleasure. Also, the front desk staff is always professional and hospitable. Poalo was attending the front desk was very engaging and professional, while answering my questions. Also, she explained the benefits of the wellness program ensuring that i am informed take advantage of the services. Keep up the Great Work
What a lovely experience. Riviera Spa provided a beautiful environment to slow down, relax, and take a deep breath. From Paola, the manager, to Antoni and Kayla at the front desk, to Michelle, the excellent five-star massage therapist, everyone was wonderful. Their float tanks are also top-tier—great for rejuvenation and finding peace of mind. In today’s busy world, we’re fortunate to have a place like this in Dallas where people can truly unplug, recharge, and reconnect with a sense of peace. I would highly recommend this place—and Michelle for your next massage—to anyone looking for a relaxing and restorative experience.
Nacoumba Bah was fantastic. I am a big baby when it comes to waxing my lip or my eyebrows and she made both almost painless. She was also very patient with me. My friend Lisa Haynes recommended this place and I am so glad she did. She is a perfectionist so she always researches the best and has very high standard in this place or exceeded our expectations. She had a massage with Mae, and because of Lisa’s rave reviews, I will be back to try that next.
Jacob hands down was the best massage therapist I have ever had. Enjoy that $100 tip Jacob you truly deserve it and a freaking raise! I get massages at least one to two times per month ant massage envy and never have I ever felt that relaxed. I was on cloud nine. (Heaven) . Bella was the best esthetician I have ever had and I left glowing. My face fills like silk. Definitely want to come back! Ask for Bella and Jacob you can’t go wrong!
