I had a great experience working with Jason and his team at Robbins. I initially came in a few months ago, and Jason was very patient and attentive. Fast forward a few months ahead, and he was on top of it! He had all my previous selections pulled out and made the entire experience warm and personable for me and my family. I'm sure my partner will appreciate how streamlined the process is- Jason has been diligently keeping an updated profile for me so when it is time, my partner can come in and purchase stress free. My wife had lost her engagement ring down the drain and she was devastated. I originally had the Verragio ring specially made. I called Robbins Brothers To see if I would be able to make the exact same ring over again, and I spoke with Jen. She was absolutely amazing and was able to get the Exact ring that I originally had ordered. Everything was spectacular and her Customer Service was exceptional. I highly recommend Robbins Brothers as I’ve used them multiple times over the years.

I bought a platinum custom wedding band here late September of last year and all was great until a few months into owning it I was sitting in a job interview and thought I heard my pen fall. Come to find out when I bent over to pick it up it was 3 pieces of my platinum band that just broke on my finger. I can only describe the jewelry store’s response to me dropping this off in pieces when platinum is supposedly pretty hard to break as a shrug oh well. I am on week 3 of no updates and they quite frankly don’t seem to give much of a care in the world they sold me a defective product nor have yet to figure out why platinum does this out of nowhere nor reached out once to provide an update. I recommend if you are sentimental like me and want your wedding band to last longer than a couple of months or good service when your jewelry is sold defectively to avoid this place. I wish I had bought my band somewhere else even though it’s insured and hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

My fiancée and I went into Robbins Brothers to look at wedding bands. We weren't initially going to purchase anything, but Jason completely changed the game for us. He made the process so smooth and worked with my fiancee to redesign her engagement ring so it would fit the band she chose. He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I came to get my fiancés wedding band after he came for my engagement ring. He had a great experience and wanted to use Robbins bros for the bands and I can see why! We specifically worked with Jen for both purchases and she has been great and feels like family now. We even had a problem with the size of my wedding band but it was quickly fixed. The cleaning service is fast and easy but very efficient! I recently went to get ready for our wedding and Jason helped me, he was personal and helpful and explained everything that they did to get our rings photo ready! I would recommend to anyone preparing to propose and/or preparing for a wedding!
