Rolf's Auto Service

We decided to give Rolf’s Import Auto Service a try instead of taking our Mercedes to the dealership, and we couldn’t have been more impressed. Great communication, fair pricing, and genuinely friendly people. Most importantly, we walked away feeling like they truly had our best interest in mind—not just trying to sell us something we didn’t need. That kind of trust is hard to find in auto repair. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend Rolf’s!

I can't believe I haven't written a review prior to now. I've been using Rolf's for years to take care of my TDI Beetle, and they have been fantastic from day one. Their techs are honest, thorough, and knowledgeable - and so is their service staff. The transparency they offer with the vehicle reports is great, and their advice and opinions have been invaluable. If you're looking for a reputable shop with "good people," Rolf's is it!!!

Tommy from the 6th ave location has no business being in customer service. He lacks professionalism and skills. He seems like he doesn't know what he is doing. And he is a HOT HEAD! ROLFS why would you have the guy working with clients. He can't handle situations with out yelling at clients and making them feel uncomfortable. Customer service is horrible at this location. They will yell at you and be confrontational when asked about their sub par work. At this point I would suggest going to the dealership or any other shop. These people in here are truly unprofessional in all aspects of the word. In conclusion Tommy is a red flag and a liability to the integrity of Rolfs.

Rolf’s exceeded all of my customer service expectations. Their pricing was more than fair, and the Efram and the other staff were incredibly helpful, kind, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve never had such a great experience with an auto shop. As long as I’m in the Tacoma area, I won’t go anywhere else, and I’ll recommend Rolf’s to anyone looking for honest, high-quality service.

I can't recommend Rolf’s Auto Imports enough after they replaced the engine in my 1998 Subaru Forester. From start to finish, they showed incredible expertise and passion for their work. My Forester runs better than it has in years, and I was genuinely impressed with the quality of their craftsmanship. They took the time to ensure everything was done right and finished. If you need reliable auto work, Rolf's is the place to go!
