I had a very disappointing experience working with this realtor. Communication was extremely poor — several of my emails went unanswered, which made the entire process frustrating and unprofessional. I was very interested in a particular property and repeatedly tried to communicate my interest. Unfortunately, the realtor did not respond in a timely manner and did not allow me the opportunity to even submit my offer. As a buyer, I expected to be kept informed and given a fair chance to compete, but that never happened. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that after the house sold, I saw the final sale price and realized I absolutely would have offered more for the property if I had been given the opportunity to submit my best offer. This experience also raises serious concerns about the agent’s effort to obtain the best possible price for the seller. Based on how this situation was handled, I would never consider choosing this agent to list my own home. A listing agent should actively work to generate and present the strongest offers, not limit opportunities that could benefit the seller. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, unresponsive, and unprofessional. In such an important transaction, buyers deserve clear communication and a fair opportunity to participate in the process — neither of which I experienced here.
