Every time I come into this Ross Store and Katrina is working, she is always in the best mood! She treats every customer with kindness, patience, and respect. Her customer service is truly elite and she always makes the shopping experience feel welcoming and positive. Employees like Katrina are the reason people keep coming back. Ross is lucky to have her!

Buyer beware at this Ross location!!!!….. I purchased several items on June 5, 2026, and was shocked to discover that a pair of shoes priced at $89.99 had been scanned TWICE. The duplicate charge increased my bill by $97.41 including tax. The most concerning part is that I only discovered the error because I happened to check my receipt after leaving the store. Had I not checked, I would have unknowingly paid almost $100 more than I owed. I then had to drive back to the store, spend additional time and gas, explain the issue, and wait for a refund to be processed. While the store eventually refunded the money, customers should not have to catch and correct major billing errors themselves. How many customers never check their receipts and never realize they were overcharged? My advice to anyone shopping here: review your receipt carefully before leaving. Verify every item and every charge. This experience has completely damaged my trust in this location, and I will not be returning. Ross corporate should investigate this store’s checkout procedures and ensure customers are being charged accurately.

I came here with my daughter and used the fitting room. When we walked out, the employee (wearing a hijab) working the fitting room area approached me and told me to go back and hand her the unwanted clothes. I politely told her that’s not my job as a paying customer. She immediately got an attitude and told me it was my job to clean out the fitting room and that her job was to stand there. Completely unprofessional and rude. As I walked away, she started talking about me to a friend/family who came to visit her at work, calling me rude and using foul language loud enough for me to hear. When I let her know I could hear her, she responded, “I know you can.” That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any customer service setting. Management should seriously address how their fitting room staff treats customers.

Jenny at the customer service desk is ridiculous. She literally asked us TWICE to remove hangers. Then i finally said I didn’t realize that was a requirement. Then she claimed she only asked us to and we didn’t have to do it. If that was the case don’t ask twice. But she obviously is lazy and doesn’t like her job. If you’re that lazy and a manager to make customers to remove the hangers is ridiculous.

Ross 360 (Ross Dress for Less on SH 360 in Grand Prairie) is a solid option for bargain shopping. The store carries a wide selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods at discount prices. What I liked: Great deals and name brands for much less than regular retail. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store navigation is okay — the place is organized overall. Things to watch out for: Some areas get a bit cluttered during busy times. Checkout lines can be a bit long especially during rush hours. If you're in the area looking for affordable finds, Ross 360 is worth stopping by!
