I rarely leave negative reviews, but I wanted to share my experience. I wish I would have read the reviews before even wasting my time to stop here:( Yesterday, I got off work a little early and decided to treat myself to a pedicure and a nail fill. I normally go to B Nails in Bethany because they’ve always done an amazing job—Rachel is fantastic. Unfortunately, they close at 7:00 PM, and I wasn’t going to make it in time, so I searched for a nail salon that stayed open until 8:00 PM and found Royal Spa. The pedicure was decent, but I was extremely disappointed with my nails, especially considering I paid around $150. The acrylic application is bulky, and looks horrible on my nails. There was nail polish left under my nails, and I actually had to ask the technician to clean it up. Her response was, “It’ll come off when you take a shower.” That wasn’t an acceptable answer. If I’m paying for a professional service, I expect the polish to be cleaned up before I leave the salon. There was also acrylic and debris left underneath my nails that should have been cleaned out before the service was finished. The overall quality simply wasn’t what I expected for the price. I understand it was later in the evening and everyone was probably ready to go home, but as a customer, I still expect the same level of care regardless of the time. I work long hours, so it’s difficult for me to get to a nail salon before they close. That’s why I gave this salon a try. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I’d rather wait until I have time to go back to my regular nail salon than spend this kind of money on a service that leaves me disappointed.

I had a hard gel appointment here on the weekend and was really disappointed. The staff weren’t friendly at all, and the customer service felt uncaring from the start. My nail shapes came out completely uneven. every nail looked different. When I pointed it out, they did try to fix them. Within a week the gel started lifting and coming off from the root. The overall quality of the hard gel service was poor.I won’t be returning.

Horrible experience! I got chrome nails. The lady had no idea what she was doing and had to redo them 5 times before she finally got someone to help her. The whole time she was very rude. My daughter’s nails are see through. After 3-4 days both of our nails started lifting, chipping and breaking. My daughter’s nails are also turning yellow. Paid too much money for horrible service and results.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever gotten my nails done. My mom got a pedicure and paid for the best one. They rushed through it and only took about 15 minutes for the whole pedicure. We both got acrylic on our nails. We left with pieces of the acrylic all over the skin of our fingers. My nails (the French tip) I asked and showed a picture of very thin French tips. After asking multiple times for her to make it thinner it just did not happen. They are uneven and chunky. Some take up almost half of my nail. My mom’s nails were done poorly as well. Some sides of her nails are not fully painted and her nails are bumpy. Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. Don’t waste your money here it is also not close to cheap. Paid mid 100s for this terrible service.
