down to earth ,no frills banh mi sandwices and outstanding tapioca drinks.i dont know what they are called but really clean and delicious.you go in and out really quickly.i've been going there for years.the staff workers are really nice as well.they make it a joy to go there.thank you royal tapioca! the best

It’s clean and there’s ample parking. The drinks are very good. They don’t have milk alternatives. They have mango slushes, which are vegan. My friend enjoyed her coffee drink with bobble. . I thought the mango slush was good. The service is counter service but prompt.

Loved the food the boba but the owner she is very rude to her workers and yells at them I understand they have to be quick but she rushes them a lot and there is a lot of tension in the workplace honestly people can’t work like that in an environment with that kind of energy
