Ruffino Express Automotive Repair

We had our broken rear window replaced by Ruffino Express Automotive (Quality Auto Glass). It was nice to have them arrive at our house on time. They did a quick, professional job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them for auto glass replacement.

The team was great! I highly recommend talking to Liz or Josh — their service was amazing! They were super helpful, made me feel comfortable, and we even had a few laughs. If you’re having any automotive issues, I definitely recommend coming here. Great service and great people!

This hands down the BEST place to take your vehicles for service! They’re trustworthy, honest, hard working, reliable, down to earth, understanding people. We have been taking our cars to them for years and I can honestly not say enough good things about their service! Both of our adult(ish) children take their cars their for service as well. We have never had a problem with a car that they couldn’t figure out. Hands down…10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Once again, the wonderful team at Ruffino’s fixed a problem that a previous mechanic shop screwed up. I highly recommend this shop. Ms. Liz runs a tight ship, and everyone has been honest and transparent with me. They get the job done and honor their work. I especially like their detailed inspection report which included photographs of every single item they check. They are educational for me. Unfortunately, both the major problems I’ve had with the car were due to improper installation done by other shops. Neither mechanic shop honored their work guarantee to warranty, nor admitted their mistakes. When I pay thousands of dollars for a job well done, I expect it to be well done. I understand mistakes can be made, however, the shops should accept their mistakes and make it right, especially when they gave me a warranty and work guarantee.

Took my vehicle here and have had nothing but issues with it ever since. They overcharged me for quite a few things and charged me for things that didn't need to get done. Not only that but they diagnosed other potential "issues". Took my vehicle to another place to get a second opinion and they found none of the same issues that ruffino reported. I absolutely do not trust them. I recommend you take your vehicles elsewhere.
