Chris did an outstanding job helping me sell my house quickly and at a price exceeding my expectations! Due to serious illness in my family abroad, I needed someone I could trust 100% as I couldn't be there myself most of the time. He came prepared and presented me with sales materials of a high standard and a strategy for a quick sale. He did not disappoint! Within a week the house was on the market and 2 days later, I received multiple offers over sales price! Chris and Ruth helped me navigate the offers and choose a serious buyer. I was sad having to sell my house but forever grateful to Chris and Ruth for securing a quick sale above sales price and an altogether smooth process so that I could move back to The Netherlands and be close to my family. Ruth and Chris recently helped my family with the purchase of my family’s first home in Katy. They are top notch professionals who know their market extremely well and have the experience to offer great insight on properties in the greater Houston area. Ruth and Chris were very accommodating to our schedules and needs touring homes after work and on weekends. They truly care about their clients! As first time home buyers, my wife and I had many questions about the buying process and how to find the right home for our baby and 2 dogs. They really helped to walk us through each step of the process, taking the time to answer all of our questions and truly be available and present throughout the process. They even took our calls while they were in Disney World with their family, which means a lot when you’re wanting things to move! When we made the decision to sell our almost 4000sqft home and downsize to a 2000sqft home, the decision did not come easy. As empty nesters, we wanted something much smaller, closer to the current home we were going to sell and in a great neighborhood; Ruth and Chris made the process a lot less stressful for us. We interviewed 5 different realtors and Ruth and Chris were by far the best. Their strategy for selling our home, buying a new home and doing both within a time frame where we can move from one house to the next, without having to use a storage unit, couldn't have been executed more soundly. The process did not come without it's hiccups but Ruth and Chris mitigated all issues with a cool head and with a rapid response. In the end we are in our forever home and are looking forward to many years in our new neighborhood and since we are still nearby our old neighbors, we get to share our new memories with them as well. I highly recommend Ruth and Chris to anybody who is looking to sell or buy a home. In my opinion, they are the best realtor team in Houston!
