I absolutely do not recommend this stylist. He has a serious issue with communication—I reached out multiple times over the course of months and got no response. My mom also tried contacting him and was ignored. The only reason I finally got a reply was because my aunt, who is an existing client, messaged him pretending to book for herself, and he immediately responded with an appointment time. When I confronted him about ignoring my calls and texts, he simply said, ‘Oh, okay, I didn’t see it,’ which felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve been there twice before, tipped well, and never had any issues. But this time, after having an appointment scheduled and driving 30 minutes for the appointment, he told me, ‘I can’t cut your hair, i only have 10 minutes. I cant blow dry or wash hair’. So I told him I never asked for anything except trimming so he ended trimming my hair in 10 minutes without even washing it. Also, what kind of salon schedules an appointment for someone for 10 minutes. It honestly feels like he picks and chooses his clients for no clear reason. The lack of communication and respect for my time made this a terrible experience.

Absolutely Flabbergasted with Ryan's etiquette ...very impolite. He was arguing with Wendy about my hair. All I wanted was to take the brass out, And do a touch up. But he insisted that he needed a highlight my hair. He said that there was no possible way of getting the brass out and that if he touched up my hair, it would continue to be brassy. He was very unprofessional and would not lend Wendy Talk This was the first time I tried him because I normally go to Wendy. Wendy was trying to explain to him how he could do it. But he refused to listen, interrupted her rudely. And did not even care about my concern. He was more concerned about the time because he said he had an appointment. I was scheduled at 1:45. His appointment came in at 2. How can he schedule somebody for short amount of time to do highlights and color touch up I think I'm going to go to the Better Business Bureau to file A. Formal complaint. Business like this should not be conducted. I took the day off of work because I needed to get this done and he just did not care about my concern. So I might even have to take legal action against this For my time.

They are amazing hair stylists and provide excellent customer service. I've been going here for decades and love them!

I’m so happy with my new hairstyle! Ryan did a fabulous job with the haircut. I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Would definitely recommend.

I've been getting my hair cut by Wendy for a few years now. She's really fast, and good at it! I've never been disappointed and it's like $30 after tip. Much better than the $60+ salons I used to go to. She always fits me in an appointment really soon and is just a really nice lady all around.
