The hardest thing to do is find an auto repair service that is both trustworthy and reasonably priced. Lu and his team are both. I have been coming to him for years and have never been disappointed. One thing that he does that I really appreciate - whenever he recommends a service, he always photographs the damaged part and shows you WHY it needs to be repaired or replaced. I highly recommend this place.

I will not take my vehicles to any other mechanic. I’ve had Lou work on every vehicle I’ve ever owned. Extremely honest, best in class vehicle knowledge, and vary fair with pricing. I once thought my engine was smoking when turned on, Lou found a plastic bag melted on my exhausted piping. He could have made up a story and charged me hundreds, but he was honest. I promise you won’t regret taking your car to Lou.

Lu is everything you’d want your mechanic to be and more. He’s so honest and has so much integrity in his work. I’ve gone to him for the last 9 years until I bought this hybrid a couple months ago. He’s going to treat your car like his own and go into detail about how much you’ll spend. As a broke college student he really did his best to get me the lowest price. I recommend him to everyone I know. Thank you Lu for everything!

I am so grateful to have come across S&K auto! I’m a broke college student driving an 01 Ford Mustang that is running on its last leg. Mr.Lu, the owner, was very professional and straightforward. I was able to schedule an appointment with him to see my car that needed a new spark plug wire and exhaust manifold. I’m not knowledgeable in cars at all, but he took me in at the scheduled time, showed me and explained exactly what the problems were with my car, and showed me the parts he ordered and what he was going to do with them. He fixed it in a reasonable time for me to receive my car back in time for school the next day!!! Compared to many other auto shops especially In Hayward that scam their customers, his pricing and service is the best I have EVER come across in the area. THANK YOU SO MUCH MR.LU!!
