Đăng nhập để đánh giáI am a psychiatrist and I sent a stimulant prescription for one of my patients to this pharmacy. Well, Safeway wants me to send patient's chart to them in order to dispense a stimulant. That's beyond pharmacist scope. It feels some pharmacists work against the doctors, trying to slow down the work flow of the doctor plus creating unnecessary hurdles to the patients. SAD!
When you call you are either put on hold and your call drops after 5 minutes, or no one answers and your call drops. Hours are irregular as sometimes the pharmacy is simply not staffed at all. Overall the typical quality and service you can expect from Safeway. 👍
Had a really frustrating experience with Parsa at the Safeway Pharmacy. Came 45 minutes before they closed and when I got to the counter he said they didn’t have time to fill a prescription because of the people behind me. Was really rude and unhelpful, so after using Safeway Pharmacy for years will unfortunately have to switch.
Poor management. Was put on hold 3 times now only to be sent to voicemail each time, the turn over rate for workers is alarming and clearly they can't figure out how to train people properly. The pharmacists are so overburdened, they need to hire more people and organize their system better. The pharmacists are doing the best they can with horrible management.
Safeway is the best South shore Safeway especially it's the best store for disabled people to come in and they have disabled people's carts that you can ride that are pretty functional I get a lot of stuff I get thousands of dollars of medical supplies from their Pharmacy each year I couldn't say more about the food there is so fresh and their meats are so delicious and they're dairy and their deli and you can buy anything around you need I threw a small barbecue for a party for my house recently and I had all the trimmings it was about under $100 maybe $110 but I had barbecued ribs sausages hot links and hamburgers cheeseburgers and then all the trimmings you know like like potato salad baked beans salad it turned out to be a really big hit so make sure you shop at Safeway for either your food needs your dairy needs your Pharmacy needs it's all in one store and that's what I like about it
