Loc Tran is the most unprofessional person I've ever known. He and his staff interrupt you many times while you talk to them by phone and don't let you explain your point. Not replying to his emails. I made an appointment with him and a day before that I called him and confirmed the appointment but he didn't show up and didn't answer his phone and didn't call me back and explain what happened.

Terrible place ! I called to ask the owner how much for 3form of W2 vs 1form of 1099. He said that 3form of W2 is $50, vs $30 for 1099 form. During consultation time, he talked a lot to recommend me hire him to do payroll for my business. At the end, I told him to add some more cash that I made to get my maximum tax back. He didn’t do it (thought he did). Then, I paid for him $50 because I didn’t do the 1099 form. He told me that it’s $60 because he charged $10 more for consultation. Ooop...OK, $10 not a big problem. I paid for him and go. After that, I figured out the he didn’t do his job to help me get my maximum tax back. I was mad...and came back to ask him. He told me that will be an additional fee of $20 just to add the cash that I made into the file. He made me mad because of his price changing most of the time. His wife also told me that he usually charge $100/hr for consultants. This place is totally ridiculous. Never come back...
