The ladies were wonderful and respectful! They offered me amazing customer service! However it was hot as hell in there and they need a damn fan . The ladies looked so dehydrated. I felt extremely bad for them. I wasn’t the only one to see there wasn’t a fan for these ladies. This isn’t right at all to have them burning up like they’re in hell! Please do better for your staff!!!! Who wants to be extremely hot while working!!! Other than that the ladies (3) were extremely helpful and friendly.

Just left out of Sallys, so it's still a stigma and highly disappointing that employees follow or hover over black people. A woman with bangs ask to help me, but it wasn't sincere I told her no l'm looking. She then pretended to look to adjust shelves in the middle aisle next to me(you can clearly see in the cameras). The she goes around to the opposite end of the aisle pretending to dust the shelves and I could clearly see what she was doing. She then goes to the aisle on the opposite side of where I was and "dusted" the shelves directly where I was, but on the opposite aisle I could see her through the shelves gap. After her and the other women went to the back probably for break or to check cameras. The woman behind the register descended to pretend to "fix" something on the shelves right next to where the other women just was pretending to do the same thing(you can see on the cameras. It's very uncomfortable and weird and not anglo look customers service wise that they do that. prior to me entering the door there was a women looking at colors. There was no one in the aisle with her she was palm color. It's just weird and l won’t be returning. The first associate that approached me had dry brown hair and the second that came to the aisle was a short black haired philippino or asian woman with black hair who eventually rang my items up weirdos

I called ahead of time to see if they had a product and the staff kindly set aside the item for me while I was on my way there. They were super nice and helpful about the hair dyeing process. Thank you for your help!

I went to Sally Beauty in Daly City on Monday around 2:30 PM, and I just have to say the experience was great! There was one lady working there, she had beautiful curly hair — and even though she was the only employee in the store, she handled everything so well. She was super kind, patient, and helpful with every customer, including me. You could tell she really cared about giving good service. She helped me find what I needed, answered my questions, and kept a friendly attitude the whole time. Refreshing to see nice employees here, finally!

LOVED THIS PLACE OMG! I had some ginger hair and needed to dye my hair black I got dye and developer. And there service is amazing there so nice. I wanted to dye the underneath of my hair below my ears so I got cream of nature it was pretty amazing. The total was around 20 dollars what a steal! On amazon one box of cream of nature is 14 dollars. The box was 6 DOLLARS. JEEZ AMAZING DEAL. Go right now.
