​I had a great experience at this Sally Beauty location. My wife sent me in with just a picture of what she needed, and the staff knew exactly what product to grab right away. They definitely know their inventory. They even asked me if I needed developer with it—I had absolutely no idea and had to text my wife to check, but it just showed me that the staff actually knows what they’re doing and looks out for the customers. Excellent, knowledgeable customer service. I highly recommend this spot!

I am extremely disappointed in the way my order was handled last evening. Your employee was not only rude, but also dismissive and disrespectful when the Uber driver arrived to pick up my fully paid online order just one minute before your posted closing time of 8:00 PM. Because I was unable to pick it up myself, I arranged for an Uber driver who had the correct pickup information and my authorization. Despite this, she outright refused to release the order. To make matters worse, she admitted that the register had already been closed and shut down before 8:00 PM. While I understand it can be frustrating when someone arrives close to closing time, your posted hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Customers should be able to expect service until that time. Closing the register early and refusing a prepaid order is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your business operations. What is even more disappointing is that this is the second time I’ve had to file a complaint about this same location, almost exactly a year apart. At this point, Sally’s Beauty, I urge you to do better when it comes to hiring and retaining employees who understand the basics of customer service. No customer should have to repeatedly experience this kind of treatment. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately

Found everything I needed, no issue at all. 4 stars instead of 5 because the store was poorly maintained, boxes everywhere, and the woman working wasn't very pleasant.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this store. When I walked in, there were three employees at the front, but none of them acknowledged me. I stood there for a moment before finally getting a delayed, unenthusiastic “hello.” Meanwhile, a young woman in the office was eating, and an alarm kept going off, creating a distracting and unprofessional atmosphere. The only conversation I overheard from the staff was about break times—no one asked if I needed help or offered any assistance. As a customer ready to spend money, I expected a much more welcoming and attentive experience. With so many employees present, I was surprised by the lack of basic customer service. Unfortunately, it made me feel very uncomfortable, and I left feeling disappointed.

The employees were extremely rude and dismissive. When I walked in the manager didn’t even bother to acknowledge me and when I paid she rolled her eyes at me and didn’t even offer me a bag for my three items. Really dissatisfied and never coming back to this location
