They must have had a rehire event recently. I miss the nice employees that aren't on their phones the second you walk in and while you are purchasing.my last two experiences in the past week makes me want to drive miles to find a different store. Both girls completely ignore you make rude comments about your hair and are always on their phones.

I visited this Sally Beauty location today to purchase hair tinsel and noticed the same item displayed in two different areas with two different prices. One was located near the register priced at around $19, and the same item was also displayed elsewhere priced at $18.69. I brought this to the associate’s attention (Marcella), and she came with me to check. She confirmed the price difference but stated that the lower price was incorrect. While I understand pricing errors can happen, the interaction felt rude and dismissive. The price tag was removed abruptly, and the situation was handled unprofessionally. Had the interaction been more courteous, I would not have minded paying the higher price, but due to the experience, I chose to shop at another Sally’s location.

Upon walking in I was pleasantly surprised by the new management and how hard she worked to turn everything around. This store used to be a hot mess but, definitely much better now. It was more organized, cleaner and, the manager and her coworker took care of us right away! They were both extremely nice and actually care about their customers which is always amazing to see since many other places simply don't care or overlook their customers. Kudos to the new manager!

I’ve lived in the area for a while and have frequented this store over the years. The earlier employees from a few years ago were cool... a little unconventional in character but they were nice enough. But lately over the past 2-3 years …

I was told about Sally's from a friend. I was impressed by their selection of color. All the brands I've seen from Amazon. The prices seem pretty comparable. The person who helped me was a bit hard to understand bc when I asked a question, the answer given didn't pertain to what I asked. I ended up making my own selections after being somewhat confused by it all. I will definitely shop here again and look forward to trying other products from Sally's in the future.
