Salon and Spa Galleria | Airport Fwy.

I have been leasing at for less then a year at SAS. Tyechia started as our new property manager a few months back. She is a wonderful addition to our little community at Denton Hwy. I can’t thank you and the entire SAS family for everything they do and continue to do for us. I’m excited about this year I think with the addition of Tyechia we are going to have an even better year. Thanks y’all so much. Look forward to many more years.

When I entered the building it was an open lobby. The Salon and Spa Galleria has two openings in the lobby. One to the left and one to the right. Nobody is in the lobby, and I did end up going to the wrong one. When I realized it was another one, I went in still nobody. There are suites all over. Being that I had an appointment around 8:00am, and my first time ever in this building.(I should have been greeted)🚩#1) When I find her Suite around a few corners, the door was closed and I had to knock. She had an attitude from the moment I walked through the door, I told her I was in the front.🚩#2) If it wasn’t my birthday, I would have left then. She said it would be an extra $15 because, she said my hair was still damp. I said ok, but she acted as if she didn’t want to do it at all. And her work reflected it. After she completed the two braids, I had hair sticking up in the front and sticking out on the sides. She asked if I liked it, I didn’t say anything. She had someone else waiting. I just tried to get out as fast as possible. The work was horrible, the teens that I pay to do my daughter’s hair do better and takes more pride in their work than she did. It was sad. I left a review with pictures on the app my daughter booked on. And I saw today the review and pictures were gone. The one star I gave her and her reply was still there though. The picture here is her reply. I braid hair, my advice to the young lady is: Don’t braid if you don’t want to, it shows in your work Work on your Customer Service Lose the attitude Greet your all first time customers(All Customers)

Been renting from salon & spa in Haltom for 3 years now, super understanding & very attentive building managers. No complaints. Lindsey in particular has been great !
