They are so nice, and the way they treat customers is truly amazing very kind, patient, and professional. My mom and I both loved our results. Highly recommend this place if you want perfect brows and excellent service! 💖
I had an amazing experience at Salon Ann Ashoty! My hair was very tired and dry, but after getting the protein treatment with Ann, it became shiny, soft, and healthy again. I truly love the results. Ann and her team are so kind, professional, and welcoming. Their customer service is excellent, and they really take care of you. I highly recommend Salon Ann Ashoty to anyone who wants healthy, beautiful hair!
Very disappointing and upsetting experience today. I stopped by the salon after a long day at work, already very tired, just to ask about current offers while speaking quietly with my friend. Out of nowhere, the two staff members present became very aggressive, raising their voices and screaming at me. They accused me of talking about them, which was completely untrue—I was simply having a normal conversation with my friend. Their behavior was rude, hostile, and extremely unprofessional. Being treated this way, especially when you are exhausted after work, was shocking and left me feeling very uncomfortable. I want to mention that Anna, the owner, has always been kind and professional, but unfortunately she was not there today. A salon should be a calm and welcoming place—this experience was the exact opposite. I would not recommend visiting when these employees are working. The ladies were one Lebanese and one Iraqi ladies be careful dealing with them. I advice to avoid the whole salon.
Ann did a correction on a horrible balayage some other salon did. The good: She did make it look MUCH better. The not so good: I waited 1 hr for my appt. A simple text to come in a little later would have been appreciated. I showed her a pic of what I wanted. She said she couldnt do it exactly but could get close. What she did was great but not at all close to what she said she could do. All she did was make the yellow a pretty color, not yellow. I wish she would have said this over the phone. Instead she set my expectations a certain way and I ended up disappointed when I left because she did not meet them. Just tell me the truth! Dont exaggerate. I was already lied to by my last salon when they did a horrible balayage. Im tired of being lied to. Additionally, she has a giant sign on the door that says 20% off for new customers. I was a new customer. I asked for the discount. She scowled at me and gave me $5 off instead of the 20% which was $16 off. Dont have a giant 20% discount on your door if you are not going to honor it. More lies. Just be clear straight and honest with your customers. Dont promise things you cant or dont want to do. She fixed my hair the best she could and it does look much nicer. Customer service could be better.
