Two disappointing appointments with Nina in May left me feeling like an afterthought despite paying $343.75 and genuinely wanting to give her a second chance. I came in with an inspiration photo from her own Instagram page asking for chocolate brown lived in hair with soft dimension. She recommended a full head of foils and toner quoting $250-285 for up to 4 hours. The appointment ran from 12:30 to 4:45. She began a cut then moved to color promising to finish after but never returned to complete it. The color process felt uncertain throughout. She sat me under a heating chair for 15 minutes, seemed surprised it wasn't done, sat me another 15 minutes, then washed out my bottom sections separately before sitting me again for my top sections a third 15 minutes. When mixing my toner she ran low on developer, decided out loud that she had enough without getting more, and applied it anyway. Midway through another stylist arrived with her own client and the two chatted amongst themselves leaving me feeling invisible and ignored. Toward the end Nina tried to convince me I would like the result once the cape came off. I left with chunky highlights, significant brassiness and an unfinished cut. The service came to $275 within her quoted range. I left a 25% tip totaling $343.75. I was still hopeful the result would grow on me and wanted to start the relationship on good terms. It didn't, and I returned for the complimentary correction genuinely wanting to move past the experience. However at that appointment she double booked herself, denied having another client, then suddenly remembered while I was already sitting at the wash bowl with toner processing. She left me unattended for approximately 40 minutes, did a partial blowout and I let myself out with no staff present. The unfinished cut was never addressed. The salon itself might have great stylists. I did get a haircut August of 2025 by a different stylist and was happy with the cut then. This was just not the experience I expected at this price point for the cut or the color.

Alexis is phenomenal!!! I moved here 3 months ago and she was recommended to me by a friend. Could not be happier with my hair- cut/ highlights/ color. Alexis is warm, friendly and listened to what I was looking for and I am extremely happy to have found her !!!

Shelby is amazing! She is very chill and easy to talk to. I had so much fun throughout my appointment. I have a lot of hair and she was very efficient and I’m in love with my blonde. Highly recommend!
