I’ve had a Brazilian blowout twice from Taryn and I couldn’t be happier! The first lasted me several months and my hair is looking healthier than ever now that I’m not having to spend so much time fixing it with heat—even after just waking up, it’s relatively fast and easy to style my hair now. She’s also done Balyage for me before and I just love it! Very happy with the results!

I was REALLY happy with my experience here. It was my first time and I’ve been looking for a place with that salon feel but not too overwhelming. My stylist was Alex and she was the sweetest ever!! I told her that during this visit, I was the calmest I’ve ever been. She also took her time and was reassuring throughout the whole session that we will get my hair perfect to my standards, and she DEFINITELY did. Alex is by far the best hairstylist I have ever had! I hadn’t gotten a haircut since 2018 because of a bad experience at another salon, so I was extremely nervous about trusting someone with my hair again. From the moment I sat in her chair, Alex made me feel comfortable and confident. She took the time to thoroughly discuss what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with every step before making any cuts. Her attention to detail, patience, and expertise truly set her apart. Not only did she give me a beautiful haircut, but she also taught me how to style my hair at home. I have very fine, thin hair, and somehow Alex made it look thicker, fuller, and healthier than I ever thought possible. My hair turned out absolutely beautiful, and the confidence boost she gave me was something I really needed. On top of her incredible talent, Alex is genuinely kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. She creates such a welcoming environment and never makes you feel awkward or uncomfortable. This was hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had, and I cannot recommend her enough. I just left from getting my hair colored and texturized by Diana. It’s a relief. She understood my frustrations and when I ran my fingers through the completed style I just knew it was right! The salon is beautiful and the vibe is very relaxing. Thank you for a great experience.

Had an excellent experience at Salon Mood today. Was tired with the drive to Katy and needed something closer. My stylist Taryn was wonderful. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and most importantly, my hair looks great! I am not someone who has strong opinions on my hair and I don't always know what I want. Fortunately, Taryn was able to fill in the many gaps and make my hair look and feel amazing. The salon is super cute and very clean. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend their salon! Ask for Taryn! :)
