Salon Platinum

I called to make an appointment and was told I’d be put on a brief hold, it has been 1 hour and 10 mins I’ve been on hold, this is unacceptable and bad customer service, I have never been treated this way, I’m a loyal customer and have been here 3 - 4 times, and this is making me not want it go for services here, so unprofessional, a simple please call back, not forgotten , I even tried to call from a different phone and no one is answering. Seriously?

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Best Salon Experience Ever! I wanted to change up my look for my birthday, and after reading through what felt like 15 different salon reviews, I finally came across Salon Platinum — and I’m so glad I did! Let’s be real, we’ve all had those hair appointments that didn’t quite go as planned, but this was definitely not one of them. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and buzzed in. The lady who met me at the door was so polite and welcoming — even though I didn’t have an appointment and she could’ve easily turned me away. I let her know I wasn’t in a rush, and she still took me in with open arms, offered me something to drink, and asked for photos of the look I wanted to achieve. While waiting, I noticed how comfortable and positive the atmosphere was. There were two other ladies getting their hair done, and the vibe was just amazing — everyone chatting, laughing, and genuinely enjoying the moment. When it was my turn, she worked absolute magic! I showed her a few pictures, and she went above and beyond my expectations. Even while multitasking with other clients, she made sure I was taken care of the entire time. I didn’t mind at all because the experience felt like self-care, not just a salon visit. I also want to thank the other lady who was helping the stylist — she was so attentive, keeping up with the washes and timing everything perfectly. The teamwork between them was seamless; they both moved with such grace and professionalism. They also took the time to educate me about bleaching, hair care, and styling tips — which I truly appreciated. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and so happy with my new look. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending Salon Platinum to everyone I know. Thank you so much for making my first visit such a memorable one! 💕

I needed a hair cut to refresh my spirit and came here since they had great ratings. I called on Thursday afternoon and got a cut on Friday morning!!! I came out with shorter and lighter hair and I was so happy. I enjoyed talking to Becky who cut my hair. Just by talking with her, I decided to get my hair color updated too. I had a caramel gold that had gotten brassy and I wanted to go rose gold. So I came back the next Tuesday and got that done. She did an amazing job on both services and I'm so pleased and feel great!!! I'll post some before and after on my hair so you can see what I came in with and the magic Becky did on my hair. I highly recommend Salon Platinum!! ❤️❤️❤️

Erica Nichole did a great job on my haircut. Very knowledgeable on what she was explaining to me. I am new to SA and she made me feel at home.

I haven’t had my hair cut in almost 2 years, but I called this place and set a same day appointment with Erica! She was extremely helpful, informative, and sooo nice! She gave me the exact haircut I wanted and took her time showing me how to style it! It was such an amazing experience and I will definitely be coming back 👍🏼✨
