I wanted to get my lashes done for an upcoming trip & looked up places near me. San Diego Lashes had great reviews so I booked an appointment with Rose. She ran a little late, but texted me to let me know, which I appreciated. I wanted a full & natural look, and I am pleased with the results. She educated me about aftercare and told me I could follow up with her with any questions. It was a great experience!

First off I want to start by saying that the girls are very kind and welcoming. Unfortunately I did not get the best results with my lashes, I came in for a full classic set the lashes looked cute but after a day I noticed they started to fall off so quickly I tried calling the google number several times but it was disconnected. Finally I found the card and told them what happened they offered me to get them redone since they where almost gone within the 2 weeks. So that was great I went in and showed the girl a photo of the look I wanted a espresso brown color to look more natural.. When I went home my husband asked why my lashes where red, I noticed that they where indeed red mixed with black and I absolutely hated them. They looked stupid and I was embarrassed to even go to work with them. I also noticed they accidentally overcharged me $350 + the $75 for the fill.. which was annoying since I had to wait 5 days for the refund to appear on my card. I told them I hated them and they looked ridiculous and NOTHING like the photo I showed them. The owner said I could come in again, have them removed and get a new set for free and if I wasn’t happy with them then she would give me a refund for the full I paid.. I went in Again.. showed the girl the look I wanted and unfortunately I was not satisfied since they look nothing like the photo I showed. I asked them owner for the refund she offered me if I wasn’t satisfied and she told me that I had to come in AGAIN and get them removed if I wanted the refund. I told her that she never said that when she told me about the refund and that unfortunately I already spent 6 hours sitting there for a product and look that was not up to the standard and was not going to spend a single more minute coming in. So if you want to get generic lashes sure this is the place for you but if you have a specific look I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I decided to try lash extensions because I had a small gap of short lashes in the center of my eye and it really bothered me. I was apprehensive because I wanted a VERY nature look. Kelsea suggested a classic look would be best for me, and she was right! Kelsea did a fantastic job! I feel that I can maintain this look for years to come.
